【摘要】:以超超临界机组锅炉高温过热器用耐热钢T92为研究对象,考虑了过热器工作过程中的应力因素,采取螺栓预紧方式对C型试样施加应力,然后涂盐进行高温腐蚀试验。结果表明:700℃下复合硫酸盐的熔融与挥发在一定程度上影响了T92钢涂盐试样的高温腐蚀行为;未加载应力时,700℃下T92钢腐蚀以高温氧化为主;加载应力时,700℃下应力能加快涂盐T92钢的腐蚀速度。对于大型锅炉过热器的T92钢管道,运行过程中需注意其应力变化对高温作业的影响。
[Abstract]:Taking heat-resistant steel T92 for boiler superheater of ultra-supercritical unit as the research object, the stress factors during the working process of superheater were considered, and the stress was applied to C type specimen by bolt pre-tightening method.
