【摘要】:随着当今社会的快速发展,供电系统的整体规模越来越大,电力系统的结构也越来越复杂。用电负荷的不断提升导致配电网对供电系统的依赖性显著增加。广大民众对供电的稳定性和电能的质量要求也更为严格。工厂用电是供电系统中重要的组成部分,轻微的电力波动和短时的停电都能给用户带来巨大的损失。因此,须要在配电网中实现配电智能化的控制,来提高配电的智能化管理水平,为工厂供电用户供应不间断的优质电能。本文主要以厦门某工业厂房为例,以“工业厂房智能化配电系统设计”为题,介绍了工厂配电系统方案,变电站智能化配电系统的基本概念,通过分析负荷的情况,确定工厂配电系统运行的方案及高低压开关柜参数,选择契合条件的配电设备,设计出配电方案,使配电室一二次设备以及操作系统能有效的运行,在对配电方案进行设计的基础上,探讨了该工厂智能化配电系统的要求、内容及功能。本文先针对工厂用电的需求和关键性技术进行分析,通过分析,确定了智能化系统的设计方向和各个模块的具体功能,然后选择了“InterSCADA智能化配电系统”做为具体实现的软件支持,并论述该软件的配置能够满足设计要求,实现工厂智能化配电系统相关数据的传输,最后具体论述了本文设计的工厂智能化配电系统的应用,对其使用效果和产生的效益进行了分析和阐述。通过智能化配电系统的设计及应用减轻了工厂员工的劳动强度、提高了劳动生产率,改善现有的劳动条件,降低了生产成本,有利于提高企业的整体经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, the overall size of the power supply system is more and more big, the structure of power system is becoming more and more complicated. The electricity load increasing results in a significant increase in dependence of the distribution network of power supply system. The majority of the people on the quality of power supply stability and power requirements are more stringent. The factory electricity is an important part of the power supply system, power fluctuations and short-term slight blackouts can bring huge loss to the user. Therefore, to realize the intelligent control of the distribution in the distribution network, to improve the level of intelligent management of distribution, quality of electricity for power plant users supply uninterrupted. In this paper Xiamen an industrial plant as an example, on the topic of "design" building intelligent distribution system industry, introduces the factory power distribution system scheme, the basic concept of intelligent substation and distribution system, through the analysis of the load Sure, the factory power system operation scheme and parameters selection of high pressure switch cabinet, power distribution equipment to meet the requirements of the design, power distribution, the power distribution room one or two equipment and operating system can operate effectively in the design based on the distribution scheme, discusses the plant intelligent distribution system, content and function. This paper first according to the factory with the technical requirements and key power were analyzed, through the analysis, determine the specific functions of the intelligent system design and each module, and then select the "InterSCADA intelligent power distribution system" as the concrete realization of the software support, and discusses the software configuration can meet the design requirements to realize the transmission, data factory intelligent distribution system, finally discusses the specific application of the design of the intelligent power distribution system of the factory, the use effect and the The benefits are analyzed and expounded. The design and application of intelligent distribution system reduce labor intensity of factory workers, improve labor productivity, improve existing labor conditions, reduce production costs, and improve overall economic benefits of enterprises.
