【摘要】: 电网调度自动化系统(SCADA/EMS)是监控电网运行不可缺少的手 段。县调自动化,,作为一个全新的概念在90年代初开始为我国电力部门 所重视。在为辽宁省辽阳市灯塔农电局实现电网调度自动化的过程中,本 着开放性、实用性、分布式的原则,对原有的RTS-100系统加以改造, 部分RTU换用东方电子产品,采用多种通信规约(RTS-100、SCI1801等), 实现了SCADA的遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调四遥功能和接线图、系统图的 动态配置和管理,并在软件设计中采用了点—点通信方式,使系统速度大 大提高,尤其是前置通信机与调度主机之间直接交换数据,而不再通过数 据库打交道,使系统的实时性显著提高。
[Abstract]:SCADA / EMSS is an indispensable hand to monitor the operation of power grid County Automation as a New concept in early 90s for our Power sector In the process of automating power grid dispatching for lighthouse agricultural power bureau of Liaoyang city, Liaoning province, Based on the principles of openness, practicability and distribution, the original RTS-100 system is reformed. Some RTU are replaced by Oriental electronic products, and various communication protocols are adopted, such as RTS-100 / SCI1801, etc. The SCADA remote sensing, remote signal, remote control, remote tuning four remote functions and wiring diagram, system diagram are realized. Dynamic configuration and management, and the use of point-to-point communication mode in the software design, which makes the system faster.
