室外LED灯具可靠性评价方法研究

【摘要】:本文介绍了室外LED灯具的可靠性试验项目,分析了MTTF与样品数量、置信水平和试验时间之间的关系,有助于对室外LED灯具的声称寿命进行预先判断;另外还研究了LED灯具系统可靠度与置信水平、样品数量之间的关系,通过选择合适的加速寿命试验项目和样品数量,可以比较方便的预测出LED灯具的系统可靠度水平。本文的研究结果可以为准确评价室外LED灯具的可靠性提供一定的技术支撑,而且为其寿命预测做出贡献。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the reliability test items of outdoor LED lamps and analyzes the relationship between MTTF and sample quantity, confidence level and test time, which is helpful to prejudge the claimed life of outdoor LED lamps. In addition, the relationship between reliability, confidence level and sample quantity of LED lamps system is studied. By selecting suitable accelerated life test items and sample quantity, The system reliability level of LED lamps can be predicted conveniently. The research results in this paper can provide some technical support for the accurate evaluation of the reliability of outdoor LED lamps and contribute to the prediction of their life.
