【摘要】:本文主要论述了基于单片机驱动控制太阳能电池板微型逆变电源的基本原理、结构和设计过程,利用仿真工具软件对所设计的电路进行仿真,验证电路的可行性。本文设计的微型逆变电源输出为220V且频率为50HZ的正弦波。在设计中,采用SPWM逆变控制技术,单片机AT89C51控制的SA4828芯片输出SPWM波,经驱动模块驱动以MOSFET为开关元件的电压型逆变电路,从而把直流电压逆变成稳定的交流电压。在本文中,我们首先对电源主电路进行分析与设计,然后对SA4828三相SPWM波发生器的使用和编程进行了介绍,还对升压和逆变电路进行了介绍,另外,还讨论了MOSFET驱动电路、系统的检测电路、显示电路,同时分析了系统的软件设计过程。利用MATLAB仿真软件进行系统的仿真测试和实验,分别对系统的主电路部分、控制部分和测量部分进行仿真实验,并分析实验结果,以检验系统的稳定性,参数选择的准确性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the basic principle, structure and design process of the micro inverter power supply for solar panel driven by single chip computer, and simulates the designed circuit by using the simulation tool software. The feasibility of the circuit is verified. In this paper, the output of the miniature inverter power supply is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. In the design, the SA4828 chip controlled by AT89C51 is used to output the SPWM wave, and the SPWM inverter control technology is used in the design. In this paper, we first analyze and design the main circuit of the power supply, which is driven by the driving module to drive the voltage type inverter circuit with MOSFET as the switch element, so that the DC voltage is reversed to a stable AC voltage. Then the use and programming of SA4828 three-phase SPWM wave generator are introduced, and the boost and inverter circuits are also introduced. In addition, the MOSFET drive circuit, system detection circuit and display circuit are also discussed. At the same time, the software design process of the system is analyzed. The simulation test and experiment of the system are carried out by using the MATLAB simulation software. The main circuit part, the control part and the measurement part of the system are simulated respectively, and the experimental results are analyzed. To verify the stability of the system, the accuracy of parameter selection.
