潜油电机电磁性能优化研究

【摘要】:潜油电泵机组的动力部分是潜油电机。潜油电机是一种立式三相异步电动机,定转子采用分段细长结构,气隙中充满润滑油。转子由同轴的若干独立的笼型转子单元组成,每两个单元之间装有扶正轴承;扶正轴承相对应的定子铁芯处装有隔磁段。现今为了优化潜油电机性能,国内外已经进行了大量的研究,但是完全针对潜油电机特殊结构特征的设计研究还没有一个完善精确的研究计算方法。本文主要研究潜油电机定子槽型及辅助件机械结构的改变对潜油电机电磁性能的影响。通过本文的研究后,在对潜油电机生产工艺的改进后,可以改进潜油电机的电磁性能,提高潜油电机效率,进而降低潜油电机在实际应用中的故障率,大大提高经济效益。本文主要通过专门的潜油电机电磁计算软件,在改变定子槽型与槽型尺寸后,对电磁性能的影响进行对比分析。另外,通过机械结构的改变,分析机械结构部件对潜油电机电磁性能的影响,并进行理论分析。
[Abstract]:The submersible motor is the power part of the submersible pump unit. The submersible motor is a vertical three-phase asynchronous motor. The stator and rotor adopt a piecewise slender structure and the air gap is filled with lubricating oil. The rotor is composed of a number of coaxial cage rotor units. Each unit is equipped with a central bearing, and the stator core corresponding to the bearing is equipped with a magnetic insulation section. In order to optimize the performance of the submersible motor, a great deal of research has been done at home and abroad. However, there is not a perfect and accurate research method for the design of the special structural characteristics of the submersible motor. This paper mainly studies the electromagnetic field of the submersible motor caused by the change of the stator slot type and the mechanical structure of the auxiliary parts of the submersible motor. After the study of this paper, After improving the production process of submersible motor, the electromagnetic performance of submersible motor can be improved, the efficiency of submersible motor can be improved, and the failure rate of submersible motor in practical application can be reduced. This paper mainly through special electromagnetic calculation software of submersible motor, after changing stator slot and slot size, compared and analyzed the influence of electromagnetic performance. In addition, through the change of mechanical structure, The influence of mechanical components on the electromagnetic performance of submersible motor is analyzed, and the theoretical analysis is carried out.
