纳米氧化铝改性绝缘纸板的介电特性分析

【摘要】:为研究陷阱参数对纳米氧化铝(Al_2O_3)改性绝缘纸板介电特性的影响,该文利用实验室小型造纸设备制备出纳米Al_2O_3改性纸板,研究了其介电特性随纳米掺杂比例的变化规律。借助热刺激电流(thermally stimulated current,TSC)法测量了不同纳米掺杂比例下改性纸板的陷阱参数;通过建立纤维素中纳米颗粒的多核模型,分析了陷阱参数对改性纸板介电特性的影响机理。试验结果表明:改性纸板的电导率、相对介电常数及介质损耗因数随纳米掺杂比例的上升先减小后增大,而直流击穿场强则先增大后减小,并在掺杂比例为2.5%时出现最大值;同时,其电导率在高掺杂比例下随电场强度的增加表现出明显的非线性特性;借助能带理论分析得出,改性纸板体系中陷阱深度与陷阱密度随纳米掺杂比例的上升呈先增大后减小的趋势,与热刺激电流测试结果相符,且随陷阱深度和密度的增加,改性纸板击穿场强上升、电导率下降。以上结果表明,陷阱参数是影响改性纸板介电特性变化的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of trap parameters on dielectric properties of modified insulating paperboard modified by Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O. The variation of dielectric properties with nano-doping ratio was studied. The trap parameters of modified paperboard with different nano-doping ratios were measured by thermally stimulated current (thermally stimulated) method, and the multicore model of nano-particles in cellulose was established. The effect of trap parameters on the dielectric properties of modified paperboard was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the conductivity, relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of modified paperboard decreased first and then increased with the increase of nano-doping ratio. The DC breakdown field strength first increases and then decreases, and the maximum value occurs when the doping ratio is 2.5. At the same time, the conductivity shows obvious nonlinear characteristics with the increase of the electric field intensity under the high doping ratio. In the modified paperboard system, the trap depth and the trap density increased first and then decreased with the increase of nano-doping ratio, which were consistent with the results of the thermal stimulation current test, and the breakdown field strength of the modified paperboard increased with the increase of the trap depth and density. The results show that the trap parameter is the main reason for the change of dielectric properties of modified paperboard.
