金山热电公司污泥掺烧技术应用效果评价研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化进程的加快和工业化程度的提高,污水处理厂的规模不断扩大,数量与日俱增,处理程度也不断提高,进而使得城镇污泥总量年年攀升。填埋场为充分利用空间,一般采用在一层污泥上覆盖一层土,然后进行层层碾压。但是在碾压的过程中,因为污泥具有高含水率、高粘度的特性,所以经常使得碾压机械打滑甚至深陷其中,给填埋操作带来困难。同时,碾压而成的填埋体也因为污泥的流变性而变得极易变性和滑坡,带来了极大的安全隐患。由于污泥细小,经常堵塞渗滤液收集系统和排水管,再加上填埋场滤液处理量的大大增加,加重了垃圾坝的承载负荷,且清理收集系统的费用极为昂贵,增加了成本。因此,用填埋的方法处理城市污泥已越来越不适应经济、社会和环境发展的要求。用更科学、更有效的方法对污泥进行无害化处理和资源化利用显得日益突出,迫在眉睫。为了能够更好的研究现行污泥的合理处置方法,对处理城市污泥做出贡献,选择这个课题进行相关的研究。本论文的研究首先收集了关于污泥掺烧技术的大量资料,介绍了污泥掺烧技术的相关理论,以及污泥掺烧技术的最新动态,分析了该技术相较于其他技术的优势,然后结合金山热电供电的具体情况进行相关案例分析,再结合综合评价的方法,得出污泥掺烧技术应用及效果评价的成果总结。各章节的内容如下。第一章提出了文章的研究背景及意义,国内外的研究现状,从研究的进程中发现当前污泥处理技术选择污泥掺烧技术的必然性;第二章为介绍污泥掺烧技术的简单概念及几种常用的项目评价方法;第三章介绍了金山热电公司污泥掺烧技术的相关方案等内容并对其进行综合评价指标体系的构建;第四章从项目过程指标,技术性能,财务状况,国民经济这几个方面对金山热电公司污泥掺烧技术的实施效果进行介绍;第五章通过模糊评价法和总体成功度评价对金山热电公司污泥掺烧技术的实施效果进行综合评价。最后一章则提出对污泥掺烧技术进行综合评价后得出的建议与展望。本论文通过构建污泥掺烧技术项目综合评价的指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法以及项目成功度评价方法对金山热电公司污泥掺烧技术项目进行综合评价,找出污泥掺烧技术实施的成功之处与存在的问题,这将为以后的污泥掺烧技术的相关工程提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of industrialization in China, the scale of sewage treatment plants is expanding, the number of wastewater treatment plants is increasing, and the degree of treatment is also increasing. In order to make full use of the space, the landfill usually covers a layer of sludge with a layer of soil and compacts it layer by layer. However, in the process of rolling, because the sludge has high moisture content, Because of its high viscosity, it often causes rolling machinery to slip or even sink into it, which makes the landfill operation difficult. At the same time, the compacted landfills become extremely volatile and landslide because of the rheology of sludge. Because the sludge is small, the leachate collection system and drainage pipe are often blocked, and the treatment capacity of the landfill filtrate is greatly increased, which increases the load of the refuse dam. And the cost of cleaning up the collection system is extremely expensive, which increases the cost. As a result, landfill treatment of urban sludge has become less and less suited to the requirements of economic, social and environmental development. More effective methods for the harmless treatment and reuse of sludge are becoming increasingly prominent and urgent. In order to better study the reasonable disposal methods of sludge and make contribution to the treatment of municipal sludge, This paper first collected a large amount of data on sludge blending technology, introduced the relevant theory of sludge blending technology, and the latest development of sludge blending technology. This paper analyzes the advantages of this technology compared with other technologies, and then combines the specific situation of Jinshan thermoelectric power supply to carry on the relevant case analysis, and then combines the comprehensive evaluation method. The results of application and effect evaluation of sludge blending technology are summarized. The contents of each chapter are as follows. The first chapter puts forward the research background and significance of the article, the current research situation at home and abroad, The necessity of selecting sludge blending technology for sludge treatment technology is found from the research process. Chapter two introduces the simple concept of sludge blending technology and several commonly used project evaluation methods. The third chapter introduces the related schemes of sludge blending technology in Jinshan Thermal Power Company and the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system. Chapter 4th from the project process indicators, technical performance, financial situation, This paper introduces the effect of mixed sludge burning technology in Jinshan Thermal Power Company from these aspects of national economy. Chapter 5th gives a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of sludge blending technology in Jinshan Thermal Power Company by fuzzy evaluation and overall success evaluation. The last chapter puts forward some suggestions and suggestions after comprehensive evaluation of sludge blending technology. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system of sludge blending technology project is constructed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the project success evaluation method are used to evaluate the project of sludge blending technology in Jinshan Thermal Power Company, and the success and problems of the implementation of sludge blending technology are found out. This will provide reference for the related projects of sludge blending technology in the future.
