一种深度过流保护的新型Rogowski线圈研制

【摘要】:气体放电包含大量ns级上升沿m A级幅值的预放电电流,预放电完成后间隙击穿电流高达上kA。为了能安全、准确测量预放电电流,需研制一种新型Rogowski线圈。文中采用在自积分Rogowski线圈出口电阻两端并联贴片瞬态电压抑制二极管(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)的方案,研制了一种带深度过电流保护功能的新型Rogowski线圈。通过大量实验,对自积分电阻和过压保护器参数进行了优化选择,结果表明:满足电流测量灵敏度时,减小积分电阻值以拓宽线圈频带,电阻最优值为10~50Ω;过压保护器响应时间必须短于待测电流上升时间;确保线圈保护峰值电流大于回路最大击穿电流时,须尽量降低TVS的杂散电容,其值不超过0.5~1 nF。测试表明:新研制的Rogowski线圈既能准确测量上升沿小于5 ns的mA级小电流,又能在通过kA级大电流时有效保护后级设备。
[Abstract]:Gas discharge consists of a large number of pre-discharge currents of ns rising along Ma magnitude. The gap breakdown current is as high as up to Ka after completion of pre-discharge. In order to be safe, the pre-discharge current can be accurately measured. A new type of Rogowski coil is developed. In this paper, a novel Rogowski coil with depth overcurrent protection is developed by using the scheme of paralleling the transient voltage suppressor-TVs at the two ends of the outlet resistor of the self-integrated Rogowski coil. A large number of experiments have been carried out. The parameters of self-integral resistance and overvoltage protector are optimized. The results show that when the sensitivity of current measurement is satisfied, the integral resistance value is reduced to widen the coil frequency band. The optimum value of resistance is 10 ~ 50 惟, the response time of overvoltage protector must be shorter than the rising time of current to be measured, and the stray capacitance of TVS should be reduced when the peak current of coil protection is larger than the maximum breakdown current of the loop. The test results show that the newly developed Rogowski coil can not only accurately measure the small current of Ma level with rising edge less than 5 ns, but also can effectively protect the rear stage equipment when passing through the Ka grade high current.
