直流小电流下不同气体电弧的图像特性分析

【摘要】:电弧图像能够直观的反映出电弧的形貌及运动特性。为了获得不同气体介质中的电弧状态及其影响因素,文中利用可拆可视化小型样机,对直流小电流下不同气体电弧的形貌进行了拍摄和对比,并分析了电弧电压的变化规律。研究表明,随着电弧电流的减小,电弧半径减小,电弧亮度降低;随着腔体充气压力的增大,电弧中心的亮度升高,电弧电压增大;触头开距的增大,使得电弧长度增加,电弧电压升高;CO_2和N_2电弧燃烧较不稳定,N_2电弧射流引起的热气体径向喷射力更强,CO_2电弧受开距的影响更为显著。电弧图像的辅助分析方法,为实验现象的理解提供了参考,同时也为环保型气体电弧特性的研究提供了支撑。
[Abstract]:The arc image can directly reflect the shape and motion characteristics of the arc. In order to obtain the arc state and its influencing factors in different gas media, a small detachable visual prototype is used in this paper. The morphology of different gas arc under low DC current is photographed and compared, and the variation of arc voltage is analyzed. The results show that with the decrease of arc current, the arc radius decreases and the arc brightness decreases. With the increase of gas pressure in the chamber, the brightness of the arc center increases, the arc voltage increases, and the distance between the contacts increases, which results in the increase of the arc length. The arc combustion of CO _ 2 and N _ S _ 2 arc is more unstable than that of unsteady N _ S _ 2 arc jet. The radial jet force of hot gas body caused by the arc jet is stronger and the influence of the opening distance on the arc is more obvious. The auxiliary analysis method of the arc image provides a reference for the understanding of the experimental phenomenon. At the same time, it also provides support for the study of the characteristics of environmental protection gas arc.
