全尺寸叶片结构非线性对静载测试的影响

【摘要】:研究全尺寸叶片结构非线性对静载测试的影响,分析叶片应变、弯矩、刚度和挠度之间的关系,构建全尺寸叶片静载试验.通过三边法测试叶片的非线性变形及加载角度,在叶片截面上粘贴应变片监测局部应变.结果表明,与有限元目标值对比,在挥舞方向距离叶根4m附近的刚度最大相差48%;在摆振方向距离叶根23m至叶尖区域的刚度最大相差29%.通过实测结果修正有限元计算值,可为风机模型载荷计算提供精确刚度数据.
[Abstract]:The influence of structural nonlinearity of full-size blade on static load test is studied. The relationship among blade strain, bending moment, stiffness and deflection is analyzed, and the static load test of full-size blade is constructed. The nonlinear deformation and loading angle of blade are measured by triangulation method. The strain gauge is applied to the blade section to monitor the local strain. The results show that, compared with the finite element target value, The maximum stiffness difference between the swing direction and the blade root is 48m, and the maximum difference between the shimmy direction and the blade root is 29m. By modifying the finite element calculation value through the measured results, the accurate stiffness data can be provided for the load calculation of the fan model.
