基于时间鉴别的随机等效采样短时时间测量方法

【摘要】:针对随机等效采样触发点与下一采样点间的短时时间测量存在测量精度不高、电路复杂问题,提出基于时间鉴别的短时时间测量方法。首先,构建基于边沿检测与窄脉冲扩展的时间鉴别电路,对短时间扩展以满足测量要求;其次,设计测时电路,将时间转化为电压进行测量,以提高测量精度。最后,搭建基于FPGA的随机等效采样短时时间测量实验系统。测试表明:该方法测量精度高且电路简单,采样系统波形重构效果好,满足了随机等效采样短时时间的测量需求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low precision and complex circuit between the random equivalent sampling trigger point and the next sampling point, a method of short time measurement based on time discrimination is proposed. A time discriminant circuit based on edge detection and narrow pulse expansion is constructed, which extends short time to meet the requirement of measurement. Secondly, the time measuring circuit is designed to convert time to voltage to improve measurement accuracy. The experimental system of random equivalent sampling short time measurement based on FPGA is built. The test results show that the method has high measurement precision, simple circuit and good waveform reconstruction effect, which meets the demand of random equivalent sampling short time measurement.
