基于特定工况要求的直线电机关键结构参数扰动范围逆向计算研究

【摘要】:现代制造业需要更高的加工质量,高质量的产品是企业追求的目标,也是用户的要求,更是一个国家制造业水平的体现。机床的制造精度,直接决定着产品的质量。与传统的旋转电机加同步带和旋转电机加滚珠丝杠相比,直线电机可以直接实现直线往复运动,少了中间旋转往复运动到直线往复运动的转化装置,越来越多的应用于两轴数控机床,提高机床加工精度。因为直线电机本身的特殊结构,使得电机气隙磁密非正弦;由于永磁体、电枢线圈、气隙等关键结构参数扰动,这些都影响着电机的输出性能,限制直线电机的发展。本课题研究了一种基于特定工况要求的永磁同步直线电机关键结构参数扰动范围逆向计算方法,计算出了应用于激光雕刻机的直线电机关键结构参数极限尺寸,指导直线电机设计过程公差带的选取。首先,采用等效磁路法推导电机输出性能,确定关键结构参数;其次,关键结构参数话扫描的方法对电机关键结构优化,选取电机的公称尺寸;再次,以应用于激光雕刻机为工况要求,逆向计算直线电机极限尺寸,并对极限尺寸进行性能验证;最后,以直线电机极限尺寸制作电机,测试电机性能,验证极限尺寸选取正确。具体开展了如下几个方面的研究:(1)介绍了直线电机国内外研究现状、PMLSM工作原理、PMLSM关键结构,综述了国内国外学者对直线电机关键结构参数扰动对直线电机性能的影响的研究现状,最后给出了本课题的主要研究内容。(2)搭建了直线电机等效磁路模型,解析了电机的输出性能,并以电机输出性能为依据确定了对直线电机性能影响较大的三个关键结构。结合实际制作加工中可能出现的扰动情况,具体的分析了关键结构参数扰动情况下对直线电机输出性能的影响。(3)介绍了软件自带电机优化功能参数化扫描,并对电机的三个关键结构参数进行单一结构参数参数化以及多结构参数正交化扫描,以直线电机推力波动率这一输出性能参数最低为依据,确定电机最优性能参数,即直线电机的公称尺寸。(4)搭建了直线电机动子模块的运动方程,以应用于激光雕刻机这一工况为要求,计算电机输出性能极限范围;以该工况下直线电机极限输出性能为依据,合成直线电机推力波动和关键结构参数的二阶回归方程,逆向计算该极限性能条件对应的直线电机极限尺寸,并仿真验证极限尺寸直线电机性能。(5)按照逆向计算的直线电机极限尺寸制造电机零件,组装电机,测量电机关键结构尺寸。搭建直线电机测试平台,包括空载反电动势和推力测试两部分,测试直线电机输出性能,并对电机空载反电势和推力进行离线数据处理。结果表明:基于特定工况要求的直线电机关键结构参数扰动范围逆向计算这一方法的研究,对于一台直线电机,设计时选取电机公称尺寸以及极限尺寸,指导电机制作过程,对电机的质量意义重大。
[Abstract]:Modern manufacturing requires higher machining quality, high quality products is the goal of the enterprise, but also the requirements of users, but also reflects the level of a country's manufacturing industry. The manufacturing precision of the machine tool, directly determines the quality of the products. With the traditional rotating motor and synchronous belt and rotary motor and ball screw compared linear motor, can achieve the linear reciprocating motion conversion device less intermediate rotary reciprocating motion into linear reciprocating motion, more and more applications in the two axis NC machine tools, improve the machining accuracy of machine tool. Because of the special structure of the linear motor itself, the motor air gap magnetic flux density due to non sinusoidal; permanent magnets, armature coil, disturbance the key structure parameters such as air gap, which affect the output performance of the motor, limit the development of the linear motor. The research of a permanent magnet specific conditions based on the requirements of synchronous linear motor key The reverse calculation method of perturbation range of structure parameter, the key structural parameters of the linear motor is applied to limit the size of laser engraving machine, direct linear motor design process with the tolerance selection. Finally, the main research contents of this paper are given. (2) to build a linear motor equivalent magnetic circuit model. (5) according to the linear motor limit the size of the reverse calculation of motor parts manufacturing, motor assembly, measuring key structure of motor size was set up. The linear motor test platform, including two parts of back EMF and thrust test, test of linear motor output performance, and the no-load back EMF and thrust for off-line data processing. The results show that the parameters of the key structure of linear motor specific conditions required the perturbation range of reverse calculation methods in this research based on In the case of a linear motor, it is of great significance to the quality of the motor to select the nominal size and the limit size of the motor and guide the process of the motor.
