基于观测器的风力发电机液压变桨系统故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】:液压变桨距系统是风力发电机重要的组成部分,对确保风力发电机的正常运行起到了至关重要的作用。由于风力发电机的液压变桨系统故障发生频繁,因此对风电机组的液压变桨系统进行故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。基于观测器的方法是故障诊断领域中的一个重要方法。本文首先对风力发电机液压变桨系统建立数学模型,然后利用观测器方法设计液压变桨系统的残差生成器,最后通过对残差的分析评价来诊断风机液压变桨系统发生的故障。针对风力发电机液压变桨系统中存在未知干扰的情况,本文首先利用特征结构配置方法来设计鲁棒残差生成器,以达到残差与干扰相解耦的目的。此外,本文对传统特征值结构配置方法作出了一些改进,简化了具体的计算难度,并给出了具体的设计步骤。最后,本文通过对风力发电机液压变桨系统的特定故障进行仿真,验证该方法的有效性和优越性。针对风力发电机液压变桨系统模型中存在的不确定性以及噪声等对故障诊断准确性的影响,本文首先利用未知输入观测器的方法,将模型不确定性、噪声以及未知输入干扰等统一作为系统的未知输入,然后设计鲁棒残差生成器,使未知输入与液压变桨系统发生的故障相解耦,从而实现对液压变桨系统的故障诊断,最后通过仿真验证该方法的有效性和优越性。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic variable pitch system is an important part of wind turbine and plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of wind turbine.The fault diagnosis of hydraulic variable propeller system of wind turbine is very important because of frequent faults of hydraulic variable propeller system of wind turbine.Observer-based approach is an important method in the field of fault diagnosis.In this paper, the mathematical model of hydraulic variable propeller system of wind turbine is established, then the residual generator of hydraulic variable propeller system is designed by using observer method. Finally, the fault of fan hydraulic variable propeller system is diagnosed by analyzing and evaluating the residual error.In view of the unknown disturbance in the hydraulic variable propeller system of wind turbine, the robust residuals generator is designed by using the characteristic structure configuration method in this paper, in order to decouple the residual and disturbance.In addition, this paper makes some improvements to the traditional eigenvalue structure configuration method, simplifies the concrete calculation difficulty, and gives the concrete design steps.Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the method are verified by the simulation of the specific faults of the hydraulic variable propeller system of the wind turbine.In view of the uncertainty existing in the model of wind turbine hydraulic variable propeller system and the influence of noise on the accuracy of fault diagnosis, this paper firstly uses the unknown input observer to make the uncertainty of the model.Noise and unknown input interference are unified as the unknown inputs of the system. Then a robust residuals generator is designed to decouple the unknown inputs from the faults occurring in the hydraulic propeller system, so as to realize the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic propeller system.Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the method are verified by simulation.
