直流电动机向无换向器化发展的归宿不是同步电机而是广义的直流电动机

【摘要】:首先阐述直流电动机的自控变频运行机制,磁极d轴的检测是电枢电流相位自控的先决条件,磁极位置检测器件或方式的改革演变可视为直流电动机向无换向器化发展的标志。无换向器电动机是直流电动机向无换向器化发展的起步,继而开发正弦交流电机本体的自控变频电动机系统,包括矢量控制技术的应用。今后更可借助计算机控制技术来检测磁极d轴的位置和转速,实现电枢电流或电压的相位自控,推动直流电动机无换向器化进程的深入发展。然而,发展的归宿不是同步电动机而是广义的直流电动机。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the automatic frequency conversion operation mechanism of DC motor is first expounded. The detection of magnetic pole d axis is the precondition of armature current phase automatic control. The reform and evolution of magnetic pole position detector can be regarded as the symbol of DC motor developing towards no commutator.Commutator motor is the starting point of DC motor developing into commutator, and then the automatic frequency conversion motor system of sinusoidal AC motor body is developed, including the application of vector control technology.In the future, the position and rotational speed of magnetic pole d axis can be detected by computer control technology, and the phase automatic control of armature current or voltage can be realized, and the further development of DC motor without commutator can be promoted.However, the fate of the development is not synchronous motor but generalized DC motor.
