考虑负荷均衡的220 kV电网供电能力多目标优化

【摘要】：负荷均衡性是供电能力研究中不可忽视的一个重要关注点,但在单目标的供电能力计算中常常出现负荷分布失衡的现象。针对考虑负荷均衡的供电能力评估问题,在对上述现象进行系列实验分析的基础上,从协调二者冲突的角度建立了供电能力多目标优化模型。该模型以供电能力最大和负荷均衡度最高为目标,并满足N-1安全准则。采用非支配排序遗传算法搜索多目标Pareto前沿,并用熵权理想度排序法进行折中最优解的决策。算例分析结果显示,相比于现有方法,所提方法能够揭示负荷合理分布下电网的安全运行边界,优化结果的合理性且可行性更高。上述研究可为供电裕度的分析提供量化辅助手段,为最大限度消纳新增负荷、制定合理的负荷调整方案提供实用的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Load balancing is an important concern in the study of power supply capacity, but the imbalance of load distribution often occurs in the calculation of power supply capacity with single objective.Aiming at the problem of power supply capacity evaluation considering load balance, a multi-objective optimization model of power supply capacity is established from the point of view of coordinating the conflict between the two phenomena on the basis of a series of experiments and analysis of the above phenomena.The model aims at the maximum power supply capacity and the highest load balance, and satisfies the N-1 security criterion.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to search the multi-objective Pareto frontier, and the entropy weight ideal degree sorting method is used to make the decision of the compromise optimal solution.The numerical results show that compared with the existing methods, the proposed method can reveal the safe operation boundary of the power network under reasonable load distribution, and the optimization results are more reasonable and feasible.The above research can provide quantitative auxiliary means for the analysis of power supply margin, provide practical reference basis for maximum absorption of new load and establishment of reasonable load adjustment scheme.
