火电厂静电除尘器高频电源应用及性能评估

【摘要】:粉尘作为火力发电企业主要污染排放物之一,由于其基数较大,且不间断产生,对环保造成了较大压力。进行烟气粉尘捕集处理成了火力发电企业一项必须进行的重要工作。目前,火力发电企业普遍采用静电除尘器对排放的烟气进行除尘、捕集。然而,受限于自身设计等多方原因,先前的除尘系统除尘能力效率较为低下、功耗相对较高,继续进行一些系统性能优化提升。为此,发电企业进行了系列的除尘优化升级探索和改造。本课题以当前最先进超超临界百万火力发电机组为研究载体,介绍了电除尘的发展历程,调查了静电除尘器除尘器原理,分析了静电除尘器除尘效率影响因素,并以此为突破口找出了传统静电除尘系统的弊端所在,并引入高频电源替代传统工频电源的改造方案。文章阐述了新型高频电源改造在电除尘系统中的应用原理,以及其相对于传统电源在节能降耗、提高除尘效率和设备运行调整方面的优势所在。随后,将理论与实际结合,介绍了电厂高频电源改造实例并对改造后的设备进行系统的经济、环保性能以及改造后的电能质量影响进行了采样评估。综合分析结果显示其经济、环保效益明显,值得大力推广,存在一些细微的不足也能通过一定手段较好解决。最后,课题也展望了后续电除尘的前进方向。
[Abstract]:Dust, as one of the main pollutants in thermal power plants, has a great pressure on environmental protection because of its large base and uninterrupted production.Collecting flue gas dust has become an important task for thermal power generation enterprises.At present, electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is widely used in thermal power plants to collect and collect flue gas.However, limited by its own design and other reasons, the dust removal capacity of the previous dust collection system is relatively low efficiency, power consumption is relatively high, and continue to carry out some system performance optimization and improvement.To this end, power generation enterprises have carried out a series of dust removal optimization and upgrading exploration and transformation.Taking the most advanced ultra-supercritical thermal power generating set as the research carrier, this paper introduces the development course of electrostatic precipitator, investigates the principle of electrostatic precipitator, and analyzes the influencing factors of electrostatic precipitator's dust removal efficiency.The drawback of the traditional electrostatic dusting system is found out, and the scheme of replacing the traditional power frequency power supply with the high frequency power supply is introduced.This paper describes the application principle of the new high frequency power source in the electric dust collection system, and its advantages over the traditional power supply in saving energy and reducing the consumption, improving the dust removal efficiency and adjusting the operation of the equipment.Then, combining the theory with practice, the paper introduces the example of power plant high-frequency power supply transformation, and evaluates the system economy, environmental protection performance and power quality effect after retrofit.The results of comprehensive analysis show that its economic and environmental benefits are obvious, and it is worth popularizing. There are some minor shortcomings which can be solved by certain means.Finally, the subject also looks forward to the future direction of the follow-up electro-dedusting.
