全球型水轮机大修关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】:以三门峡水电站1~#机组为例,探究了国内首台全球型水轮机大修的关键技术问题:以技术攻关的形式,对薄壁钢板焊接结构转轮室吊装及变形控制、水轮机转轮叶片裙边高精度修复、转轮体多功能调节支墩研制、激光测圆装置的研制等,提出了行之有效的检修方法和施工工艺,缩短了检修工期,为其他机组增容改造提供了依据,在取得巨大经济效益的同时,形成了《全球型水轮机组检修规程》(QB/SSD 01—2012)。将改造后的3#机组的稳定性监测数据与大修后的1~#机组稳定性试验监测数据对比表明:在空载以及带负荷工况下的摆度及水平振动均满足要求;上机架垂直方向振动在空载以及低负荷工况下(20 MW及以下)振动较大,1~#机组大修后与改造后的3~#机组试验数据一致,从而印证了国内首次全球型水轮机大修的成功。
[Abstract]:Taking the No. 1 unit of Sanmenxia Hydropower Station as an example, this paper probes into the key technical problems in the overhaul of the first global hydraulic turbine in China: hoisting and deformation control of the runner chamber of welded thin-walled steel plate in the form of technical tackling.The high precision repair of blade skirt of hydraulic turbine runner, the development of multi-function regulating supporting pier of runner body, the development of laser circle measuring device, etc., the effective maintenance method and construction technology are put forward, and the maintenance period is shortened.This paper provides the basis for the capacity increase and transformation of other generating units, and at the same time obtains great economic benefits, and forms the maintenance rules for Global hydraulic Turbine Units (QB / SSD 01-2012).By comparing the stability monitoring data of the retrofitted power unit with that of the 1 # unit after overhaul, it is shown that the shimmy and horizontal vibration of the unit under no-load and load conditions meet the requirements;The vertical vibration of the upper frame is in accordance with the experimental data of the 3 # unit after the overhaul of the unit under no-load and low load conditions. The results show that the first overhaul of the global turbine in China is successful.
