噪声环境下电磁辐射测量修正研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着信息技术的迅速发展,电磁辐射准确测量引起了越来越多研究者的关注,当采用频谱分析仪对某个电子设备的电磁辐射进行准确测量时,不可避免有噪声的干扰,噪声存在给电磁辐射测量结果带来很大的误差,特别是对一些弱电磁辐射的测量,噪声对测量结果的影响很大。目前,为了提高电磁辐射测量的准确性,主要采用的方法是合理设置频谱分析仪参数,降低噪声对测量值的影响,但是仅仅设置频谱分析仪的参数,并不能得到非常准确的基站电磁辐射准确值,而且该方法通用性不强。针对目前存在的问题,本文主要研究内容及创新工作如下:(1)在高斯白噪声环境下,本文提出了用高斯白噪声模型计算电磁辐射测量修正因子,从而得到准确的电磁辐射强度值。首先根据频谱分析仪工作原理和高斯白噪声功率谱密度推导出修正因子理论计算公式,然后通过理论值和实测值的比较,来验证修正因子的准确性。用修正因子修正测量结果,通过实验发现用频谱分析仪测量电磁辐射强度为0.14V/m,修正后电磁辐射强度为0.11V/m,本论文通过实验验证了修正因子的准确性,并在实际电磁辐射测量环境中采用修正因子来得到更加准确的电磁辐射强度值。(2)在脉冲噪声环境下,本文提出了用脉冲噪声模型作为修正因子来修正测量结果。首先根据脉冲噪声环境下噪声源之间不均衡的概率大大增加,且脉冲噪声幅度比高斯白噪声幅度高很多,所以本文根据频谱分析仪工作原理及脉冲噪声模型推导出脉冲噪声环境下电磁辐射修正因子,然后通过实验来验证修正因子准确性。用修正因子修正测量结果,通过实验发现用频谱分析仪测量电磁辐射强度为0.16V/m,修正后电磁辐射值为0.12V/m,本论文通过实验验证了修正因子的准确性,并在实际电磁辐射测量环境中采用修正因子来得到更加准确的电磁辐射强度值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, more and more researchers pay attention to the accurate measurement of electromagnetic radiation.The existence of noise brings great errors to the measurement results of electromagnetic radiation, especially for the measurement of some weak electromagnetic radiation, and the noise has a great influence on the measurement results.At present, in order to improve the accuracy of electromagnetic radiation measurement, the main method is to set the parameters of the spectrum analyzer reasonably to reduce the influence of noise on the measured value, but only to set the parameters of the spectrum analyzer.The accurate electromagnetic radiation of base station can not be obtained, and the method is not universal.Aiming at the existing problems, the main contents and innovative work of this paper are as follows: (1) under the environment of Gao Si white noise, this paper presents a new method to calculate the correction factor of electromagnetic radiation measurement based on Gao Si white noise model, thus obtaining the accurate electromagnetic radiation intensity.Based on the working principle of spectrum analyzer and the power spectral density of Gao Si white noise, the theoretical formula of correction factor is derived, and then the accuracy of the correction factor is verified by comparing the theoretical value with the measured value.In the actual electromagnetic radiation measurement environment, the correction factor is used to get more accurate electromagnetic radiation intensity value. In the pulse noise environment, the pulse noise model is used as the correction factor to correct the measurement results.First of all, according to the probability of imbalance between noise sources under impulse noise environment, and the pulse noise amplitude is much higher than Gao Si white noise amplitude,Therefore, according to the working principle of spectrum analyzer and the model of pulse noise, the correction factor of electromagnetic radiation in the environment of pulse noise is deduced, and then the accuracy of the correction factor is verified by experiments.Using the correction factor to correct the measurement results, it is found that the intensity of electromagnetic radiation measured by the spectrum analyzer is 0.16 V / m, and the corrected electromagnetic radiation value is 0.12 V / m. The accuracy of the correction factor is verified by experiments in this paper.The correction factor is used to obtain more accurate electromagnetic radiation intensity in the actual electromagnetic radiation measurement environment.
