稳压器快速卸压阀(闸阀)的研究

【摘要】:快速卸压闸阀作为ACP1000的关键阀门,在机组正常运行及设计基准事故期间,处于关闭状态。在严重事故工况下,快速卸压阀执行排放卸压功能,在主控室或远程停堆站由操作员根据有关严重事故处理规程开启阀门,完成反应堆冷却剂系统的快速卸压。目前,该阀门设备国内研制还属于空白阶段,国外也只有WELAN在EPR项目上设计生产过。由于EPR项目首堆尚未调试运行,因此该阀门实际上尚未使用,因此,研制开发稳压器快速卸压阀迫在眉睫。快速卸压闸阀的设计难点在于当设备处于严重事故工况下,阀门需要在当阀门入口温度达到600℃时能够顺利开启阀门;当介质温度到达1100℃时,阀门仍能处于开启状态。本课题根据理论计算,确定了卸压阀的零件间隙尺寸,结合三维模型,运用ANSYS软件对阀门进行瞬态热分析,仿真模拟阀门在600℃下,0~600s时,阀门的热传导过程。分析结果表明阀门零件间隙取值合理,不会发生卡死现象、能够正常开启。并且模拟了在1100℃下,阀体、阀杆材料的性能,证明了它们不会发生塌陷影响流道,阀杆不会被闸板拉断,因此阀门能够保持开启状态。本课题主要针对快速卸压闸阀进行仿真模拟热传导研究,利用简化模型为基础,研究了高温工况的瞬态热分析,取得了一定的成果,并为该类阀门国产化的进程提供了一定的参考依据。下一步我们将着重对热边界条件进行研究,提高仿真模拟和实际工况的吻合度。
[Abstract]:As the key valve of ACP1000, the fast relief gate valve is closed during the normal operation of the unit and the design reference accident.Under the serious accident condition, the quick pressure relief valve performs discharge and relief function, and the operator opens the valve in the main control room or the remote shutdown station according to the relevant serious accident treatment rules to complete the rapid pressure release of the reactor coolant system.At present, the domestic development of the valve equipment is still blank, and only WELAN has been designed and produced on the EPR project.Since the first pile of EPR project has not been debugged and run, the valve has not actually been used, so it is urgent to develop the rapid relief valve of the regulator.The design difficulty of fast relief gate valve is that when the equipment is in serious accident condition, the valve needs to open the valve smoothly when the inlet temperature of valve reaches 600 鈩,
