轴系标高变化对轴承载荷影响分析及标高测量系统设计

【摘要】:轴系标高在汽轮发电机组安全运行方面具有比较重要的影响,随着大容量、高参数的汽轮发电机组的普及,轴系标高在运行过程中变化的情况更加的明显,非常容易造成机组出现振动故障,影响机组的安全与稳定。轴承的标高变化对载荷分配影响的研究已经逐渐受到关注,轴系标高测量分析将会是解决汽轮机组振动故障的有效手段。本文结合了国产某型600MW汽轮发电机组,通过集中参数法对转子进行了建模,并采用传递矩阵法来计算汽轮机组轴系的扬度曲线和各个轴承的载荷分配。通过分析轴承变标高情况对载荷分配的影响,进行灵敏度研究并对计算结果进行分析,得出一些为现场工作提供理论依据的结论:当轴承标高发生改变时,相邻的两个轴承所受到的作用效果是相反的;某轴承的标高变化时,对自身及通过联轴器连接的相邻轴承的影响最大,并且影响效果大小相近方向相反。在基于连通管的轴系标高测量系统设计研究中,分别从硬件选择、软件设计等方面对系统进行设计研究。首先对相关硬件设备进行了研究,选取高精度电涡流传感器、前置器、标高数据采集模块等硬件设备来实现系统的数据采集和信号处理等功能。然后开始软件方面得设计,系统软件编写采用VC++语言,以模块化进行结构设计,以菜单的形式来设计显示界面。将轴系标高测量系统应用于实际案例,对某超临界湿冷660MW汽轮机组以及某国产空冷600MW汽轮机组的轴系标高变化进行了现场测量,并对测量结果进行分析总结,验证了系统的可靠性。最后对比分析了EED、CEEMD信号分析方法的差异,讨论了将CEEMD方法应用于优化阈值降噪方法,并结合某电厂发生的振动故障案例,进行了分析、诊断与处理,确定机组振动出现异常幅值较大是由于标高变化引起的,通过改变机组的轴系标高使机组振动幅值明显降低。
[Abstract]:Shafting elevation plays an important role in the safe operation of turbogenerator sets. With the popularization of large capacity and high parameter turbine-generator sets, the change of shafting elevation in operation process is more obvious. It is very easy to cause vibration failure of the unit, which affects the safety and stability of the unit. The influence of bearing elevation on load distribution has been paid more and more attention. The measurement and analysis of shaft elevation will be an effective method to solve the vibration fault of steam turbine unit. In this paper, a 600MW turbine-generator set made in China is used to model the rotor by means of the lumped parameter method, and the transfer matrix method is used to calculate the lift curve of the shaft system and the load distribution of each bearing. By analyzing the influence of bearing elevation variation on load distribution, the sensitivity study and calculation results are analyzed, and some conclusions are drawn that provide theoretical basis for field work: when bearing elevation changes, The effect of the two adjacent bearings is opposite. When the elevation of a bearing changes, it has the greatest influence on itself and the adjacent bearings connected by the coupling, and the effect is opposite in the same direction. In the design and research of shaft elevation measurement system based on connected tube, the system is designed from hardware selection, software design and so on. Firstly, the related hardware equipment is studied, and the high precision eddy current sensor, preprocessor, elevation data acquisition module and other hardware devices are selected to realize the data acquisition and signal processing functions of the system. Then the software was designed, the system software was written with VC language, the structure was designed by modularization, and the display interface was designed in the form of menu. The shafting elevation measurement system is applied to practical cases. The shaft elevation changes of a supercritical wet cooling 660MW turbine unit and an air-cooled 600MW turbine unit made in China are measured on the spot, and the measured results are analyzed and summarized. The reliability of the system is verified. Finally, the differences of EEDX CEEMD signal analysis methods are compared and analyzed, and the application of CEEMD method in optimizing threshold noise reduction method is discussed. The analysis, diagnosis and treatment of vibration faults in a power plant are also given. It is determined that the abnormal amplitude of unit vibration is caused by the change of elevation, and the amplitude of unit vibration is obviously reduced by changing the elevation of shafting.
