火电厂电气设备状态检修

【摘要】:电力系统的可靠运行与国民经济的命脉相连,随着国民经济的不断发展,对电力系统的安全经济运行的要求越来越高。火力发电仍然是电力系统中装机容量最大,对系统稳定性影响最大的重要环节。为了提升电力系统的可靠性与经济性,针对火力发电厂电气设备检修不再单独依靠最初的故障检修与定期检修,而采取可靠性更好的状态检修。状态检修依据电气设备运行时在线监测的数据和准确的评估状态给出合理的检修措施。本课题根据火电厂中主要电气设备类型,分析其各自的具体的运行指标,并根据改进的层次分析法确定这些指标的权重,改进层次法基于三坐标建立对称的比较矩阵,利用最优传递矩阵求解拟优一致矩阵,有效的减少了迭代次数,提高了收敛速度。为了防止劣化指标的被淹没现象发生,采用变权公式修正指标的权重,既考虑人为主观因素又考虑电气设备运行的客观因素,使最终的指标权重更加合理。在电气设备的评估模型的确定中本课题综合了灰色理论与云模型的具体优点,提出了灰云模型作为最终的状态评估模型,该模型将定性概念中体现的随机性与模糊性转换为定量的数据,提高了对不确定性数据处理的客观性。并利用电气设备的经济寿命与年运行最小成本费用作为比较检修方案中的重要依据,根据电气设备的具体运行情况确定电气设备的最佳检修方案。最后利用了火电厂中的一台110kV变压器作为实例,验证了该状态检修方案的实用性及可靠性。
[Abstract]:The reliable operation of electric power system is connected with the lifeblood of national economy. With the development of national economy, the requirement of safe and economical operation of power system is more and more high. Thermal power generation is still the most important link in power system with the largest installed capacity and the greatest influence on system stability. In order to improve the reliability and economy of power system, the maintenance of electric equipment in thermal power plant is no longer dependent on the original fault maintenance and periodic maintenance alone, but the condition maintenance with better reliability is adopted. Based on the on-line monitoring data and the accurate evaluation of the condition of electrical equipment, the condition maintenance measures are given. According to the main types of electrical equipment in thermal power plants, the specific operation indexes are analyzed, and the weights of these indexes are determined according to the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the improved hierarchy method is used to establish a symmetrical comparison matrix based on three coordinates. The optimal transfer matrix is used to solve the quasi-optimal uniform matrix, which effectively reduces the number of iterations and improves the convergence speed. In order to prevent the inundation of the deterioration index, the weight of the index is modified by the variable weight formula, which takes into account both the subjective factors and the objective factors of the operation of the electrical equipment, so that the weight of the final index is more reasonable. In the course of determining the evaluation model of electrical equipment, this subject integrates the specific advantages of grey theory and cloud model, and puts forward the grey cloud model as the final state evaluation model. The model converts the randomness and fuzziness embodied in the qualitative concept into quantitative data and improves the objectivity of processing uncertain data. The economic life of electrical equipment and the minimum annual operating cost are used as the important basis of the comparative maintenance scheme, and the optimal maintenance scheme of electrical equipment is determined according to the specific operation of electrical equipment. Finally, a 110kV transformer in a thermal power plant is used as an example to verify the practicability and reliability of the condition based maintenance scheme.
