东莞JHS公司多元化发展战略研究

【摘要】：东莞市JHS公司是一家以生产空调和电子通讯产品为主营业务的中型企业,公司设在有“中国世界工厂”之称的东莞市常平镇。伴随着中国改革开放的不断的深入,我国经济的发展阶段也进入了“新常态”,习近平总书记在2014年首次阐述了“新常态”的内涵。随着东盟经济的发展,东盟国家的经济竞争力也是在不断发展,中国家电制造业的“黄金十年”一去不复返,已经成为了过去式,使得家电制造企业靠以往单一的经营模式、靠数量、速度的粗放式的发展模式已经不能作为企业取得成功与发展的主要的方式了。从中国企业发展的历程中可以得出这样的结论,企业的多元化战略为企业的快速发展提供了战略支持。JHS的多元化经营,通过对企业资源的重新优化整合,可以把JHS资本的优势都发挥出来,为JHS发展才能真正获得新动力。本文是以东莞JHS公司作为研究对象,对JHS的企业发展战略进了详细的研究。本文运用PEST、SWOT、波士顿矩阵等企业管理方法对JHS公司的发展战略进行分析,指出JHS公司在发展过程中存在的不足,明确JHS要通过持续不断的对企业核心技术的研发能力的进行投入,培养适合JHS的企业文化,加强企业的品牌建设,同时加强企业的人材建设。JHS在面对今天复杂多变的市场环境时候,为了使企业能够永续经营,JHS就必须要根据企业经营环境的变化和企业发展的需要去实施企业的多元化战略。
[Abstract]:Dongguan JHS Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise with air conditioning and electronic communication products as its main business. The company is located in Changping Town of Dongguan City, known as "China World Factory". With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, China's economic development stage has also entered the "new normal". General Secretary Xi Jinping first expounded the connotation of "new normal" in 2014. With the development of the ASEAN economy, the economic competitiveness of ASEAN countries is also developing continuously. The "golden decade" of China's home appliance manufacturing industry has gone for ever, and has become a thing of the past, making the household appliance manufacturing enterprises rely on a single business model in the past. The extensive development model of quantity and speed can no longer be the main way for enterprises to achieve success and development. From the course of the development of Chinese enterprises, we can draw such a conclusion that the diversification strategy of enterprises provides strategic support for the rapid development of enterprises. We can give full play to the advantages of JHS capital, and really get new power for the development of JHS. This paper takes Dongguan JHS Company as the research object and makes a detailed study on the enterprise development strategy of JHS. This paper analyzes the development strategy of JHS Company by using the methods of enterprise management, such as PEST-SWOT, Boston Matrix, and points out the shortcomings of JHS Company in the process of development. It is clear that JHS should continue to invest in the R & D capability of the core technology of the enterprise. Cultivate the enterprise culture suitable for JHS, strengthen the brand construction of the enterprise, at the same time, strengthen the talent construction of the enterprise. In order to make the JHS sustainable, it is necessary to carry out the diversification strategy according to the change of the business environment and the need of the development of the enterprise.
