无刷直流电机转矩与转速协调控制技术研究

【摘要】:本文以XXD型无刷直流电机作为驱动机,研究转矩与转速之间的关系,制定转矩与转速协调控制方案。首先,分析和建立无刷直流电机数学模型。针对电机控制问题,采用三段式起动方法起动电机,并且将反电动势法和降阶转子磁链观测器法结合估计转子位置。根据充电电钻实际工况提出无刷直流电机转矩与转速协调控制方案。在硬件电路方面,提出了以ADuC7026处理器为核心的无刷直流电机转矩与转速协调控制系统的设计方案。此外,分别设计了单片机最小系统、三相桥式电路、分流器电枢电流采样电路、基准电压电路、偏置电路模块、电源电路、反电动势检测电路等,并且完成各个电路的搭建和测试。在软件设计方面,基于嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅲ设计了不同优先级的任务,分别编写了系统控制程序和测试程序。控制程序包括外同步控制程序、自同步控制程序、恒转矩控制程序和双闭环转速控制程序等;测试程序用来检查硬件故障,获得实验测试结果。最后,通过MATLAB仿真证明了无刷直流电机转矩与转速协调控制技术的可行性。在完成软硬件设计的基础上,搭建实验平台。实验证明,双闭环转速控制方法提高了系统的稳定性,改善了系统的动态性能,并且验证了无刷直流电机转矩和转速协调控制技术的正确性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the XXD brushless DC motor is used as the driving machine to study the relationship between torque and speed, and the coordinated control scheme of torque and speed is established. Firstly, the mathematical model of brushless DC motor is analyzed and established. To solve the problem of motor control, the three-stage starting method is used to start the motor, and the back-EMF method and the reduced-order rotor flux observer method are combined to estimate the rotor position. The coordinated control scheme of torque and speed of brushless DC motor is put forward according to the actual working condition of charging electric drill. In the aspect of hardware circuit, the design scheme of the coordinated control system of torque and speed of brushless DC motor based on ADuC7026 processor is put forward. In addition, the minimum system of single-chip microcomputer, three-phase bridge circuit, armature current sampling circuit of shunt, reference voltage circuit, bias circuit module, power supply circuit, anti-EMF detection circuit and so on are designed respectively.
