中低压配电网线路的设计与实施

【摘要】:过去对中低压配电网建设的重视不够,投入的建设资金较少,致使中低压配电网的网络结构不完善,造成配电网供电能力不足、配电网结构薄弱,设备老化,部分环节出现“卡脖子”现象等问题。中低压配电网的合理规划是电力系统规划的重要组成部分,也是配电网建设与改造的重要依据。中低压配电网的建设将不再仅考虑短期的用户用电需求,它将对所在区域电网整体运行产生长远的影响。正确、科学、合理的中低压电网规划不仅有助于提升电网的整体供电能力,同时可以保证输配电的可靠性,有助于提高配电网供电质量、降低能源损耗,更重要的是可以有助于提高社会经济效益。进行中低压配电网规划主要是解决目前配电网运行结构差、设备老化等问题,通过优化配电网结构、合理规划配电网建设,将不断提高各地区配电网供电安全性、可靠性、经济性。本文在对中低压配电网现状的研究基础上,结合中低压配电网设计原则对河北某地区的实际用电情况进行了分析并重点关注中低压配电网线路施工的特点,采用负荷预测的方式对该地区的中低压配电网进行了设计改造。同时根据规划设计方案制定了相应实施措施,并严格按照施工要求操作完成了该地区中低压配电网线路优化改造工作。经过改造后的电网线路不仅具有坚强的网架结构和标准简洁的接线原则,在经济性和可行性上也有较大的提升。与此同时,新出线投运后,该地区现有负荷将由新线路供电,缩短了供电半径,提高了供电质量,降低了线损率,实现节能输电,具有较高的应用价值。
[Abstract]:In the past, insufficient attention has been paid to the construction of medium and low voltage distribution networks, and less construction funds have been invested, resulting in imperfect network structure of medium and low voltage distribution networks, insufficient power supply capacity of distribution networks, weak distribution network structure and aging equipment. Some links appear the phenomenon of "neck sticking" and so on. The reasonable planning of medium and low voltage distribution network is an important part of power system planning, and is also an important basis for the construction and transformation of distribution network. The construction of medium and low voltage distribution network will not only consider the short-term consumer demand, it will have a long-term impact on the overall operation of the regional network. Correct, scientific and reasonable planning of medium and low voltage power network is not only helpful to improve the overall power supply capacity of the network, but also to ensure the reliability of transmission and distribution, to improve the quality of power supply in the distribution network, and to reduce the energy loss. More importantly, it can help to improve social and economic benefits. The main purpose of middle and low voltage distribution network planning is to solve the problems of poor operation structure and aging equipment of distribution network at present. By optimizing the distribution network structure and rationally planning distribution network construction, the security and reliability of distribution network in various regions will be continuously improved. Economy. On the basis of the research on the present situation of the medium and low voltage distribution network, this paper analyzes the actual power consumption situation in a certain area of Hebei Province and focuses on the characteristics of the construction of the middle and low voltage distribution network line in combination with the design principle of the medium and low voltage distribution network. The medium-low-voltage distribution network in this area is designed and reformed by load forecasting. At the same time, according to the plan and design scheme, the corresponding implementation measures are worked out, and the optimized transformation of the middle and low voltage distribution network in this area is completed in strict accordance with the construction requirements. The reformed power line not only has strong grid structure and simple standard wiring principle, but also has a great improvement in economy and feasibility. At the same time, after the new line is put into operation, the existing load in this area will be supplied by the new line, which shortens the power supply radius, improves the power supply quality, reduces the line loss rate, realizes the energy saving transmission, and has higher application value.
