【摘要】:为了比较不同拓扑及其调制策略下三相Buck变换器的综合性能,评估其在不同应用领域的适用性,文章综合比较评了2种常见的三相Buck型变换器(6开关Buck整流器和SWISS整流器)在空间矢量调制和载波调制下的性能,具体包括功率损耗、效率、输入电流质量、共模特性、无功补偿能力以及功率半导体器件等。通过这种比较评估,从系统层面上揭示了上述两种整流器拓扑的性能,为实际应用中拓扑结构和调制策略的选择提供了一定的依据。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the comprehensive performance of three-phase Buck converters with different topologies and modulation strategies, and evaluate their applicability in different application fields, In this paper, the performances of two kinds of three-phase Buck converters, such as power loss, efficiency, input current quality and common-mode characteristics, are comprehensively evaluated under space vector modulation and carrier modulation. Reactive power compensation and power semiconductor devices. Through this comparative evaluation, the performance of the two rectifier topologies is revealed from the system level, which provides a certain basis for the selection of topology structure and modulation strategy in practical applications.
