三河电厂烟气除尘方案的研究与实践

【摘要】:随着国家对燃煤电厂污染物排放控制的日趋严格,现役燃煤电厂电除尘器需提效改造或通过增加新的除尘设备达到环保要求。通过对近年来国内外烟气除尘新技术的原理及现状进行深入分析研究,整合、集成静电除尘器的电源配置、静电除尘器前加装低温省煤器、脱硫除雾器改造、脱硫除尘一体化改造、增加湿式电除尘器等多项技术,最终实现烟尘超低排放。本文以三河电厂4台300MW等级燃煤机组为研究对象,根据该电厂所处地理位置、各机组现有除尘设备配置情况及运行情况、燃用煤质、烟气条件、设备布局等先天因素,选择了不同的除尘技术路线。1号、2号机组采用电除尘器入口加装低温省煤器+电除尘器高频电源改造+GGH拆除+脱硫高效除雾器改造+湿式电除尘器技术路线,3号、4号机组采用电除尘器入口加装低温省煤器+电除尘器高频电源改造+脱硫除尘一体化+湿式电除尘器技术路线。工程实践表明,三河电厂4台机组的烟气除尘方案经济、可行,完全达到预期效果既烟尘排放≤5mg/m3。火力发电厂作为耗煤大户,烟尘近零排放技术具有极高的推广价值,对区域大气环境治理、对实现燃煤电厂持续发展具有很重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly strict emission control of pollutants in coal-fired power plants, the existing electric precipitators of coal-fired power plants need to improve their efficiency or to meet the environmental protection requirements through the addition of new dust removal equipment. Through the thorough analysis and research on the principle and present situation of the new technology of flue gas dust removal at home and abroad in recent years, integrating and integrating the power supply of electrostatic precipitator, installing low temperature economizer before electrostatic precipitator and retrofitting of desulfurization and mist remover. Desulphurization and dust removal integration reform, the addition of wet electrostatic precipitator and other technologies, the ultimate realization of ultra-low emissions of smoke and dust. In this paper, four 300MW grade coal-fired units in Sanhe Power Plant are taken as the research object. According to the location of the power plant, the configuration and operation of the existing dust removal equipment, the burning coal quality, the flue gas condition, the equipment layout and other congenital factors, etc. Different dedusting technical routes were selected. No. 1 and No. 2 units adopted the introduction of electric precipitator with low temperature economizer electric precipitator high frequency power source transformation GGH removal desulfurization and high efficiency fogger retrofit wet type electrostatic precipitator technical route No. 3 The No. 4 unit adopts the low temperature economizer at the entrance of the electric precipitator and the high frequency power supply of the electric precipitator to reform the technical route of the integrated wet electrostatic precipitator of desulphurization and dust removal. The engineering practice shows that the scheme of flue gas dust removal of 4 units in Sanhe Power Plant is economical and feasible, and the expected result is that the smoke emission is less than 5 mg / m ~ (3). As a large coal user, the technology of near zero emission of smoke and dust in coal-fired power plant has high popularization value, which is of great practical significance to regional atmospheric environment treatment and sustainable development of coal-fired power plant.
