基于FPGA的异步电动机SPWM逆变器设计

【摘要】:正弦脉宽调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation,SPWM)逆变器是一种广泛应用于电机驱动、直流电源并网等逆变系统之中的完成直流交流转换的产品,逆变控制器和逆变主电路的设计优劣直接决定了SPWM逆变器的性能。本文针对现有逆变器设计方案中存在的不足之处,提出了采用现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)硬件器件和Nios Ⅱ软核处理器来设计高质量SPWM逆变器的研究思路。主要研究工作如下:(1)针对目前大多数SPWM逆变器采用专用芯片生成SPWM波时存在的不利于系统二次开发、系统体积大且复杂程度高的问题,本文根据FPGA使用方式灵活、运行速度快、资源丰富、可并行运行的特点,采用FPGA来产生SPWM波,大大降低开发周期和难度。(2)采用Nios Ⅱ软核处理器设计SPWM逆变器的核心CPU处理器。在主流FPGA器件都支持Nios Ⅱ软核的前提下,采用硬件设计和软件设计相结合的方式设计逆变器的核心处理器。使用Qsys系统集成工具设计处理器的硬件部分,同时使用Nios Ⅱ IDE集成开发环境完成处理器的软件编程。(3)采用自顶向下,按功能划分设计模块的思路设计基于FPGA的SPWM逆变器。将逆变器划分为三角波生成模块、DDS正弦波生成模块、SPWM波生成模块、死区模块、Nios Ⅱ处理器模块、驱动模块、滤波模块、反馈模块等主要功能模块,然后就各个模块需要实现的功能,设计相应的硬件电路,最后连接各个模块组成完整的系统。模块化的设计方案大大降低了设计难度,独立的功能模块也有利于后期维护和升级。最后将设计基于FPGA的SPWM逆变器进行仿真测试及实物测试,测试逆变器的各项功能和性能。实验结果表明,依照本文设计方案的逆变器结构简单、体积小、集成度高,且能有效完成逆变器基本功能,该方案是切实可行的。
[Abstract]:Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) inverter is a kind of inverter which is widely used in the inverter system such as motor drive, DC power supply and other inverter system. The design of inverter controller and inverter main circuit directly determines the performance of SPWM inverter. This paper is designed for the current inverter design. The shortcomings of the scheme are presented, and the research ideas for the design of high quality SPWM Inverters by using Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and Nios II soft core are proposed. The main research work is as follows: (1) the existence of most SPWM inverters using special chips to generate SPWM waves is not. In favor of the two development of the system and the problem of large and complex system, this paper is based on the flexible use of FPGA, fast running speed, rich resources, and parallel running characteristics, using FPGA to generate SPWM waves, greatly reducing the development cycle and difficulty. (2) the core CPU processor of SPWM inverter is designed by using Nios II soft core processor. Under the premise of supporting the Nios II soft core, the flow FPGA device designs the core processor of the inverter with the combination of hardware design and software design. Using the Qsys system integration tool to design the hardware part of the processor, and use the Nios II IDE integrated development environment to complete the software programming of the processor. (3) using the top down, the function of the processor. The design module is divided into SPWM inverter based on FPGA. The inverter is divided into triangular wave generation module, DDS sine wave generation module, SPWM wave generation module, dead zone module, Nios II processor module, driving module, filter module, feedback module and other main functional blocks, and then the function of each module needs to be realized. The hardware circuit, finally connected with each module to form a complete system. The modular design scheme greatly reduces the design difficulty. The independent functional module is also conducive to the later maintenance and upgrading. Finally, the design of the FPGA based SPWM inverter is designed to test and test the functions and performance of the inverter. The experimental results are tested. It is shown that the inverter is simple in structure, small in size and high in integration, and can effectively accomplish the basic functions of inverter.
