干粉装置电力系统无功谐波治理装置的应用与研究

【摘要】:电网电压与无功密切相关,谐波的注入也很大程度上影响电网的正常运行。电能质量的问题在电力系统中受到大量的关注。为了使电能质量达到安全可靠、经济指标优异的要求,研究无功补偿和谐波抑制技术具有深远的影响和意义。首先,针对干粉装置电力系统的谐波和无功现状,本文论证了谐波抑制和无功补偿综合装置的可行性,并分别对谐波的治理措施和无功补偿原理进行了深入分析,为谐波抑制和无功综合装置的研究提供了理论依据。其次对谐波和无功电流的综合检测方法的性能进行分析对比,重点研究了基于瞬时无功功率理论的qpii-检测法和基于BP神经网络的PI控制策略。最后设计了以并联有源电力滤波器(HAPF)为核心与静止无功发生器(SVC)联合运行的综合装置,该装置由结构相同的多组晶闸管投切电容器SVC和HAPF装置并联在电网上,通过SVC和APF的互补互利实现综合治理的目的。同时,将此综合装置应用于大庆炼化公司干粉生产装置电力系统的,通过实践对数据的处理和分析,验证了此装置在提高系统动态性能及稳定性方面具有更可靠、更速动、更灵敏的优势。
[Abstract]:Power grid voltage is closely related to reactive power, and harmonic injection also affects the normal operation of power grid to a great extent. The problem of power quality has received a lot of attention in the power system. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of power quality and the requirement of excellent economic index, the research on reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression technology has far-reaching influence and significance. Firstly, according to the current situation of harmonic and reactive power in the power system of dry powder plant, the feasibility of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation integrated device is demonstrated in this paper, and the harmonic treatment measures and reactive power compensation principle are analyzed in depth. It provides a theoretical basis for the research of harmonic suppression and reactive power synthesis device. Secondly, the performance of the integrated detection method of harmonic and reactive current is analyzed and compared, and the qpii-detection method based on instantaneous reactive power theory and the Pi control strategy based on BP neural network are studied. Finally, an integrated device based on shunt active power filter (shunt active power filter) and static Var Generator (SVC) is designed. The device is connected in parallel by SVC and HAPF devices with the same structure. The purpose of comprehensive management is realized by mutual benefit of SVC and APF. At the same time, the application of the integrated unit to the power system of the dry powder production unit of Yu Daqing Refining and Chemical Company proves that the device is more reliable and quick in improving the dynamic performance and stability of the system through the processing and analysis of the data in practice.
