T型三电平DSTATCOM功率器件开路故障容错控制

【摘要】:T型三电平拓扑结构的变流器以其输出电压畸变率低、转换效率高以及功率器件电压应力小等诸多优点,在配电网静止无功补偿领域得到了广泛的应用。针对T型三电平配电网静止同步补偿器功率器件开路故障问题,在分析T型三电平配电网静止同步补偿器换流路径的基础上,提出了一种适用于配电网静止同步补偿器工况的容错控制方法。根据对一相桥臂四个功率器件开路故障状态的分析,将其分为内功率器件和外功率器件2类,然后针对不同的开路故障提出2套容错控制方案。最后,仿真和实验结果表明所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Because of its low output voltage distortion, high conversion efficiency and low voltage stress of power devices, T-type three-level topology converter has been widely used in the field of static var compensation in distribution network. Aiming at the open circuit fault of static synchronous compensator in T type three-level distribution network, the commutation path of static synchronous compensator in T type three-level distribution network is analyzed. A fault tolerant control method for static synchronous compensator in distribution network is proposed. According to the analysis of open circuit fault state of four power devices with one phase bridge arm, it is divided into two categories: internal power device and external power device. Then, two sets of fault-tolerant control schemes are proposed for different open circuit faults. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is correct and effective.
