不溶物对绝缘子污闪的影响

【摘要】:绝缘子表面在自然条件下会积累各种不同类型的污秽成分,而其中不溶物会对绝缘子污闪电压产生一定影响。该文选用7片标准悬式瓷和玻璃绝缘子串作为研究对象,试验研究了其在不同不溶物下的交流闪络特性,结合不溶物不同类型及颗粒直径下的绝缘子污秽试验测量结果,分析了不溶物对绝缘子闪络电压的影响。结果表明:不同不溶物类型对污闪电压的影响有差异,但不同种类的不溶物基本不会对可溶物的影响指数产生影响;不溶物颗粒直径对污闪电压存在一定影响,在绝缘子类型,盐灰密与污秽成分相同条件下,污闪电压随不溶物粒径的增大而增大。因此,在绝缘子污闪研究中,不能仅用高岭土或者硅藻土模拟灰密得到的试验结果来分析评判所有不溶物对绝缘子闪络的影响,需要综合考虑不溶物的各种成分类型以及其粒径大小等多种因素的影响。
[Abstract]:The insulator surface will accumulate various kinds of pollution components under natural conditions, and the insoluble matter will have a certain effect on the insulator flashover voltage. In this paper, seven pieces of standard porcelain and glass insulator strings are selected as the research objects. The AC flashover characteristics of the insulators under different insoluble materials are studied experimentally, and the results of insulator contamination test under different types of insoluble materials and particle diameters are measured. The influence of insoluble matter on the flashover voltage of insulator is analyzed. The results show that the influence of different insoluble material types on the flashover voltage is different, but the influence index of the soluble matter is not affected by the different kinds of insoluble matter, and the diameter of the insoluble particles has a certain influence on the flashover voltage, in the insulator type, The flashover voltage increases with the increase of the particle size of the insoluble matter. Therefore, in the study of insulator flashover, the influence of all insoluble matter on the flashover of insulator can not be analyzed and evaluated only by the test results of kaolin or diatomite simulating ash density. The influence of various composition types and particle size of insoluble matter should be considered.
