福建电力配电网通信组网技术研究

【摘要】:配电通信网作为统一坚强智能型配电网的基础支撑平台,发挥着极其关键的作用。但福建省内配电网目前建设无规划性,多数地区采用的技术体制较为落后,组网技术及规划布点均不科学,造成整个网络可靠性差、信号丢包、灵动性及发展性差等问题。本课题主要特色为根据福建各地市地域特点进行通信组网技术体制选择,提出各类通信技术体制对应区域的组网方案。主要针对配电通信网骨干网及接入网两个方面开展课题研究。(1)配电通信网骨干网网络规划研究:第一,对骨干网通信方式进行比选并选定技术体制;第二,根据各地域的供电区域等级高低,提出新型的数据通信网路由器组网技术研究方案。(2)配电通信网接入网网络规划研究:第一,对各类先进的通信技术进行经济和技术分析;第二,根据地域各自特点(电压等级高低、地势优劣、配电站点分布及馈线网络形式等),选择对应不同区域的通信技术体制,包括:光以太网交换机组网技术、EPON(以太网无源光网络)组网技术、无线专网(TD-LTE)组网技术、应急通信卫星技术;第三,提出各类技术体制对应区域的新型组网技术研究方案。第四,开发规划整体网络的EPON光功率衰耗计算软件;第五,对接入网光缆建设规划,合理规划光缆纤芯分配,发明光缆交接箱专利。通过本课题研究,设计出了福建省各区域的配电通信网建设方案,已于多个地市建设使用,并已获得显著成效。解决目前福建各地市现有配电网络存在的缺陷和困难。包括:网络体制不一、架构混乱且无规划性、层次不清晰、安全稳定性差、网络易瘫痪、纤芯使用不合理、设备不稳定、远景新增设备无法合理有序地接入、网络运维管理困难等问题。同时制定了配电通信网整体建设原则,对未来福建各地市配电通信网的建设起指导性作用。
[Abstract]:As the basic supporting platform of the unified strong and intelligent distribution network, the distribution communication network plays an extremely critical role. However, the distribution network construction in Fujian province is unplanned at present, the technical system adopted in most areas is relatively backward, and the networking technology and planning points are not scientific, which results in the poor reliability of the whole network, the loss of signal packet, the poor agility and development, and so on. The main feature of this paper is to select the technical system of communication networking according to the regional characteristics of Fujian prefectures and cities, and to put forward the networking scheme of the corresponding regions of all kinds of communication technology systems. This paper mainly focuses on two aspects of distribution communication network backbone network and access network. (1) Distribution communication network backbone network planning research: first, compare the backbone network communication mode and select the technical system; second, According to the regional level of power supply, a new research scheme of data communication network router networking technology is put forward. (2) the network planning of distribution communication network access network: first, the economic and technical analysis of all kinds of advanced communication technology; Secondly, according to the characteristics of different regions (voltage level, terrain, distribution of distribution stations and feeder network forms, etc.), the communication technology system corresponding to different regions is selected. It includes: EPON (Ethernet passive Optical Network) networking technology, TD-LTE networking technology and emergency communication satellite technology; third, the research scheme of new networking technology in the corresponding areas of various technical systems. Fourth, develop the EPON optical power loss calculation software to plan the whole network; fifthly, to the access network optical fiber cable construction plan, the reasonable plan optical fiber cable core distribution, the invention optical fiber cable transfer box patent. Through the research of this subject, the construction scheme of distribution communication network in various regions of Fujian Province has been designed and used in many prefectures and cities, and remarkable results have been obtained. Solve the defects and difficulties existing in the current distribution network of Fujian prefectures and cities. Including: the network system is different, the structure is chaotic and unplanned, the level is not clear, the security stability is poor, the network is easily paralyzed, the core use is unreasonable, the equipment is unstable, and the prospective new equipment cannot be accessed in a reasonable and orderly manner. Network operation and maintenance management difficulties and other problems. At the same time, the whole construction principle of distribution communication network is established, which will play a guiding role in the construction of distribution communication network in all cities and cities in Fujian in the future.
