一种带抽蓄机组水电系统短期优化调度方法

【摘要】:采用线性混合整数规划(MILP)方法研究水电系统短期优化调度问题成为国际学术界的新潮流,其研究难点在于调度模型中非线性因素的线性化方法设计。在模型分析的基础上,针对含抽水蓄能机组的梯级水电系统中存在的主要复杂约束,如非线性水电转换关系、最小开关机时间、抽蓄机组特性、水流延时等约束,提出相应的线性化方法及约束转换方案,解决了模型转化的研究难题。测试结果表明,文中提出的系统化方法具有普适性,适应于各种模型中类似的非线性因素线性化及相应的约束处理,方法有效实用,可灵活地拓展到其他调度领域。
[Abstract]:Using linear mixed integer programming (MILP) to study short-term optimal scheduling of hydropower systems has become a new trend in international academic circles. The difficulty of the research is the linearization design of nonlinear factors in scheduling model. On the basis of model analysis, the main complex constraints in cascade hydropower system with pumped storage unit, such as nonlinear hydropower conversion relationship, minimum switching time, characteristics of pumped storage unit, flow delay and so on, are analyzed. The corresponding linearization method and constraint conversion scheme are proposed to solve the problem of model transformation. The test results show that the proposed systematic method is universal and suitable for linearization of similar nonlinear factors and corresponding constraints in various models. The method is effective and practical and can be flexibly extended to other scheduling fields.
