计及电动汽车接入的配电网负荷预测研究

【摘要】:电动汽车已经得到了规模化推广。电动汽车的大规模发展,势必对交通系统与配电网系统带来较大的影响,研究电动汽车与交通系统、配电网系统的相互影响,已成为热点问题。电动汽车的充电负荷受多种因素的影响,本文考虑了电动汽车电池特性、起始SOC、充电时间、交通量分布等因素,对私家车充电负荷预测方法进行了研究。针对电动汽车负荷预测问题,本文首先研究了城市交通网电动汽车快充负荷时空分布,并以城市实际路网为例,进行电动汽车快充负荷的仿真。其次建立了城际快充网络电动汽车充电负荷时空分布预测模型,采用交通分布理论,进行交通流量分布预测,并结合电动汽车的充电特性与出行路径的选取,进行了城际快充网络电动汽车充电负荷仿真。计及电动汽车接入的配电网负荷预测对评估充电设施接入电网的适应性有着重要意义。本文讨论了评估配网对于电动汽车接入的适应性的方法,分析了交通网电动汽车快充负荷对于电网的电压以及网损的影响。评估了充电路径引导下的配网对于电动汽车接入的适应性,并分析了交通要素对配网对于电动汽车接入的适应性的影响。充电路径引导下的配网对于电动汽车接入的适应性评估表明,电动汽车充电路径实时引导使得配电网中负荷的时空分布更为合理,从而提高了配电网整体运行性能。针对交通要素对配网对于电动汽车接入的适应性的影响,考虑了不同的交通网限速条件下的电动汽车配电网负荷时空分布,仿真结果显示,通过选择接入配网的适应性较好的限速方案,可提升配电网对于电动汽车的承载能力。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicles have been promoted on a large scale. The large-scale development of electric vehicles is bound to have a great impact on the transportation system and distribution network system. It has become a hot issue to study the interaction between electric vehicle and transportation system and distribution network system. The charging load of electric vehicle is affected by many factors. In this paper, the battery characteristics, starting SOC, charging time and traffic distribution of electric vehicle are considered, and the forecasting method of charge load of private car is studied. To solve the load forecasting problem of electric vehicles, this paper first studies the distribution of fast loading time and space of electric vehicles in urban traffic network, and takes the actual urban road network as an example to simulate the fast loading of electric vehicles. Secondly, the prediction model of charge load distribution in intercity fast charging network is established. The traffic flow distribution is predicted by traffic distribution theory, and combined with the charging characteristics of electric vehicle and the choice of travel path. The charge load simulation of intercity fast charging network electric vehicle is carried out. Load forecasting of distribution network considering the access of electric vehicles is of great significance in evaluating the adaptability of charging facilities to the power network. In this paper, the method of evaluating the adaptability of distribution network to electric vehicle access is discussed, and the influence of fast charging load on the voltage and network loss of electric vehicle in traffic network is analyzed. The adaptability of the distribution network guided by the charging path to the electric vehicle access is evaluated, and the influence of traffic factors on the adaptability of the distribution network to the electric vehicle access is analyzed. The evaluation of the adaptability of the distribution network guided by the charging path to the electric vehicle access shows that the real-time guidance of the charging path of the electric vehicle makes the space-time distribution of the load in the distribution network more reasonable and thus improves the overall operation performance of the distribution network. In view of the influence of traffic factors on the adaptability of distribution network to electric vehicle access, the space-time distribution of electric vehicle distribution network load under different traffic network speed limit conditions is considered, and the simulation results show that, The load carrying capacity of electric vehicle can be enhanced by selecting a speed limiting scheme with good adaptability to access distribution network.
