300MW汽轮机高中压转子振动分析诊断及处理

【摘要】:针对某电厂一台300MW汽轮发电机组进行刷式汽封改造后,机组在启动过程中高中压转子多次因一阶临界转速振动超标,机组无法定速的振动故障,描述和研究了高中压转子振动特性,分析了该机组高中压转子的振动原因,制定了保证高中压转子安全的前提下进行振动磨合的运行方案,在摩擦故障消除后,通过对高中压转子进行现场动平衡,消除了振动故障,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
[Abstract]:After a 300MW turbine-generator set was retrofitted with brush steam seal in a power plant, during the start-up process of the unit, the vibration failure of the unit could not be fixed because the vibration of the first order critical speed vibration exceeded the standard for many times because of the high and middle pressure rotor. The vibration characteristics of the high pressure rotor are described and studied, the vibration reasons of the high pressure rotor of the unit are analyzed, and the running scheme of vibration running-in under the premise of ensuring the safety of the high pressure rotor is worked out, and the friction fault is eliminated. Through the field dynamic balance of the high pressure rotor, the vibration fault is eliminated and the safe and stable operation of the unit is ensured.
