基于用电信息采集系统应用的有序用电管理模式研究

【摘要】:电力资源是社会发展的重要支撑力量,社会经济不断发展,对电力的需求与日俱增,电力市场出现了供求矛盾,高峰时期电力不足的问题尤其突出,部分地区甚至出现了经常性停电;低谷时期,电力供过于求,产电过剩,浪费现象比较严重。除此,还有一些企业或个人存在非法用电、窃电行为,对电力系统的安全造成一定影响,不利于电网的运行。面对电力市场电力供求的矛盾,为了解决电网运行中的各种问题,最大限度的利用现有的资源,不多产,不浪费,有序用电管理就显得尤为重要。论文在对电力系统安全、智能电网建设相关政策理解的基础上,针对当前电网运作过程中的一些问题进行了分析,对基于用电信息采集系统应用的有序用电管理模式进行了研究,具体的工作如下:首先,介绍了用电信息采集系统应用现状以及有序用电管理研究现状,对用电信息采集及有序用电管理系统做了需求分析,在遵循一定原则的条件下,设计出了系统简单架构图;其次就用电信息采集系统建设分析做了详细描述,主要有系统通信方式,用电信息采集方式,相关接口设计,用电信息数据等,然后搭建了用电信息采集系统模型;之后分析了有序用电管理过程中存在的一些问题,对相关解决方式做了探讨,提出了精细化有序用电管理模式,其主要构成环节有四部分:有序用电综合评价指标体系、错避峰指标分解、有序用电方案、有序用电执行后评估,并对这四个环节做了详细介绍。最后论文以国网河北省电力公司为例,构建了有序用电管理平台。
[Abstract]:Power resources are the important support force of social development, the social and economic development, the increasing demand for electricity, the contradiction of supply and demand in the electric power market, the problem of power shortage in the peak period is especially prominent, in some regions, there are even frequent blackouts. In the low valley, power supply oversupply, surplus production and waste are more serious. In addition, there are some enterprises or individuals who have illegal electricity use and electricity theft, which have a certain impact on the security of the power system, which is not conducive to the operation of the power grid. In the face of the contradiction between the power supply and demand of the electric power market, in order to solve all kinds of problems in the power grid operation, the maximum use of existing resources, low production, no waste, orderly electricity management is shown. On the basis of the understanding of the security of the power system and the construction of the smart grid construction, this paper analyzes some problems in the current operation of the power grid, and studies the management mode of the orderly power management based on the application of the power information collection system. The work is as follows: first, the collection of electricity information collection is introduced. The current situation of the system application and the status of the research on the management of ordered electricity use, the demand analysis is made for the acquisition of electricity information and the management system of the ordered electricity use. The simple framework diagram of the system is designed under the conditions of following certain principles. Secondly, the analysis of the construction of the electrical information collection system is described in detail, mainly with the system communication mode and the use of the electricity information. Set mode, related interface design, use of electrical information data and so on, and then build an electric information collection system model. After that, it analyzes some problems in the process of orderly electricity management, discusses the related solutions, and puts forward a fine and orderly electricity management mode. The main components are four parts: the comprehensive evaluation of the ordered use of electricity. The standard system, the error avoidance peak index decomposition, the ordered electricity use scheme, the ordered power use evaluation, and the detailed introduction of the four links. Finally, the paper takes the Hebei electric power company of the national network as an example to build an orderly power management platform.
