基于贝叶斯网络的电网工程质量管理风险研究——以川藏电力联网工程为例

【摘要】:以川藏电力联网工程为背景对电网工程项目质量管理风险进行研究,提出包括项目干系人维度、项目全生命周期维度、项目质量管理流程维度的三维度质量管理风险管控体系,构建基于贝叶斯网络的电网工程质量管理风险评价模型,结合专家调研意见,识别出质量保证体系不健全、各干系人企业间沟通不足等关键的质量管理风险因素,并分别从事前、事中、事后3个方面有针对性地提出应对措施。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the risk of power grid project quality management based on the Sichuan-Tibet electric power network project, and puts forward a three-dimensional quality management risk management system, which includes project stakeholder dimension, project life cycle dimension and project quality management process dimension. Based on Bayesian network, the risk assessment model of power network quality management is established. The key quality management risk factors, such as imperfect quality assurance system, insufficient communication among stakeholders and so on, are identified in combination with expert opinions. And respectively engaged in before, the matter, after the three aspects of targeted countermeasures.
