三相异步电动机测试与分析系统的开发与研究

【摘要】:三相异步电动机在各行各业的应用需求越来越广泛,电机在出厂前必须确保产品质量,因此对电机的性能进行严格的测试与分析显得尤为重要。本文根据国标GB/T 1032-2012《三相异步电动机试验方法》以及电机的测试要求,对三相异步电动机的测试与分析系统进行了开发与研究。首先,参照国标要求和各项电机测试标准,对电机试验目的、试验步骤和试验计算方法进行介绍。其次,设计了测试分析系统的整体结构和通讯模式。系统主要分为设备层、测控层和监控层,设备层包括试验电机等设备,测控层包括采集电压、电流、转矩等参数的设备,监控层包括工控机和UPS不间断电源;系统采用工业以太网和RS-485网络相结合的方式实现通讯,详细的说明了PLC与上位机的以太网通讯,以及与各仪表之间的RS-485通讯的具体实现方式。然后,根据系统的需求对硬件进行了选型与设计。完成PLC、电参数测量仪、转矩测量仪、温度传感器等硬件设备的选型,并研究了设备的参数配置、基本性能和使用方法。采用西门子S7-1200作为硬件系统的核心控制器,控制相关设备,采集各种仪器参数,并实现与上位机系统数据通讯。最后,基于.NET平台开发了电机测试与分析系统,设计了系统总体架构,具体包括类库设计、通讯模块设计、数据库模块设计和最小二乘法模块设计;给出了电机不同试验数的分析数据模型,基于最小二乘法理论,以电机空载试验为例,对采集的电压、电流等电机参数进行了数据分析和曲线拟合,给出了试验分析结果。经现场实际运行表明,该系统能够根据国标要求,实现对三相异步电动机不同类型的试验测试、数据采集、故障报警、曲线拟合和结果分析,提高了电机测试分析的自动化水平。
[Abstract]:The application demand of three-phase asynchronous motor in various industries is more and more extensive, and the product quality must be ensured before the motor leaves the factory, so it is very important to strictly test and analyze the performance of the motor. According to the national standard GB/T 1032-2012 "Test method for Three-phase Asynchronous Motor" and the test requirements of the motor, this paper develops and studies the testing and analysis system of the three-phase asynchronous motor. Firstly, the purpose, steps and calculation method of motor test are introduced according to the national standard and the test standards. Secondly, the whole structure and communication mode of the test analysis system are designed. The system is mainly divided into equipment layer, measurement and control layer and monitoring layer. The equipment layer includes test motor and other equipment. The measurement and control layer includes equipment to collect parameters such as voltage, current, torque and so on. The monitoring layer includes industrial control computer and UPS uninterruptible power supply. The communication is realized by the combination of industrial Ethernet and RS-485 network. The Ethernet communication between PLC and host computer and the realization of RS-485 communication with each instrument are explained in detail. Then, according to the demand of the system, the hardware is selected and designed. The selection of PLC, electric parameter measuring instrument, torque measuring instrument and temperature sensor is completed, and the parameter configuration, basic performance and application method of the equipment are studied. Siemens S7-1200 is used as the core controller of the hardware system, which controls the related equipment, collects various instrument parameters, and realizes the data communication with the host computer system. Finally, based on .NET platform, the motor test and analysis system is developed, and the overall structure of the system is designed, including class library design, communication module design, database module design and least square method module design. Based on the theory of least square method, taking the no-load test of motor as an example, the data analysis and curve fitting of the collected voltage, current and other motor parameters are carried out, and the experimental results are given. The field operation shows that the system can achieve different types of test, data acquisition, fault alarm, curve fitting and result analysis of three-phase asynchronous motor according to the requirements of national standard. The automation level of motor test and analysis is improved.
