高压隔离开关分合闸过程触指压力检测技术与应用

【摘要】:针对高压隔离开关安装过程中触指压力的检测需求,提出了一种可在分合闸过程中实时连续测力的新型触头。采用机械原理,推导了触头受力和触指变形之间的关系。在考虑实际工况的前提下,给出了测力触头的结构设计。最后在所建的高压隔离开关试验平台上对隔离开关分合闸运动过程中的触头压力进行了测试。试验结果表明:设计的测力触头可以对触指压力进行实时连续检测,连杆长度的变化会使触头触指啮合位置不正,触指单边压力增大;根据触指压力变化曲线可以判断单相导电臂分合闸同步性和三相同期性检测。因此,该新型测力触头可对高压隔离开关的安装提供帮助指导。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of detecting the contact pressure during the installation of the high voltage isolator, a new type of contact is proposed, which can measure the force in real time and continuously during the process of opening and closing. The relationship between contact force and contact deformation is deduced by using mechanical principle. The structural design of the force measuring contact is given on the premise of considering the actual working conditions. Finally, the contact pressure in the process of switch opening and closing is tested on the high voltage isolating switch test platform. The test results show that the designed force measuring contact can detect the contact pressure continuously in real time, and the change of the connecting rod length will cause the contact finger to be engaged in a wrong position and the one-sided pressure of the touch finger can be increased. According to the pressure change curve of touch finger, the synchronous and three-phase synchronism of single-phase conductive arm can be judged. Therefore, the new force-measuring contact can provide guidance for the installation of high-voltage disconnector.
