汽轮机主汽阀活动试验建模分析与控制优化

【摘要】:针对某300 MW机组汽轮机主汽阀活动试验负荷波动剧烈的问题,建立了主汽阀活动试验时的汽轮机调节系统模型,该模型由包含主汽阀活动试验逻辑的电液调节系统模型、调节汽阀模型和考虑调节汽阀流量特性的汽轮机模型组成。依据模型分析了主汽阀活动试验时负荷剧烈波动的原因,指出引起负荷波动的主要原因是控制方式、DEH(Digital Electric Hydraulic Control System)设置、机组特性的不匹配,通过仿真试验研究了解决该问题的控制优化方法,基于此方法指导实际机组的主汽阀活动试验。试验结果表明,经控制优化后主汽阀活动试验引起的负荷波动问题得到显著改善。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the load of main steam valve active test of a 300-unit steam turbine fluctuates violently, a steam turbine regulation system model for main steam valve activity test is established. The model consists of an electro-hydraulic control system model which includes the main steam valve activity test logic. The model of regulating steam valve and steam turbine model considering regulating flow characteristics of steam valve are formed. According to the model, the paper analyzes the causes of the severe load fluctuation during the main steam valve activity test, and points out that the main causes of the load fluctuation are the setting of the control mode, DEH (Digital Electric Hydraulic Control System) and the mismatch of the unit characteristics. The control optimization method to solve this problem is studied by simulation test, and based on this method, the main steam valve activity test of practical units is guided. The test results show that the load fluctuation problem caused by the main steam valve activity test is improved significantly after the control optimization.
