基于Flexsim的磁极铁芯生产线仿真优化研究

【摘要】:目前,企业生产经营的主要目标为低投入获得高产出,最大限度地降低生产中所占用的资源及企业运营成本。车间生产作为制造企业的中心环节,对车间生产进行优化就能提高企业的生产效率。某企业正处在重要的战略转型之际,迫在眉睫的问题是如何快速生产出高品质的电机产品,合理安排制造生产线,从而确保生产顺畅。本文选择该企业中具有代表性的电机零件——磁极铁芯生产线作为研究对象,采用定量和定性相结合的系统分析方法,并用车间数据收集法和技术分析法对生产线的工序和参数进行科学合理采集。在模型分析中,选用Petri网建立磁极铁芯生产线模型,通过观察Petri网模型可清晰直观得到生产线的整体工作过程。文章重点在于通过Flexsim软件对模型进行仿真优化,选择生产线暂存区的堆积状态和各工序的工作状态进行分析,找出了钻铣加工工序和线切割加工工序为该磁极铁芯生产线的瓶颈工序。从生产流程优化和生产能力平衡两个方面,依据工业工程中ECRSI原则,设计优化方案,再次使用Flexsim仿真并对结果进行分析。对优化前后生产线的相关数据进行对比研究,选择以下优化方案:增加2台龙门铣和1台线切割机床,使生产线平滑性指数从570.29减少到135.93,生产线平衡率从28.13%提高到60.4%。优化结果表明,优化后的生产线缩短了瓶颈时间、提高了生产效率。通过选用Petri网对生产线建模,直观呈现出系统结构,利于研究生产线内部的性质,而Flexsim更进一步对生产线仿真优化,以便提供可靠的依据,为本企业车间生产优化工作提供了借鉴,所使用的相关研究方法和结论对其他相类似的机械加工生产线也具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the main goal of enterprise production and management is to obtain high output with low input, and to reduce the resources occupied in production and the operating cost of the enterprise to the maximum extent. Workshop production as the central link of manufacturing enterprises, the optimization of workshop production can improve the production efficiency of enterprises. An enterprise is in an important strategic transition, the urgent problem is how to quickly produce high quality motor products, reasonable arrangement of manufacturing production lines, so as to ensure the smooth production. In this paper, the representative motor parts-magnetic pole core production line in this enterprise is chosen as the research object, and the system analysis method combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted. The process and parameters of the production line are collected scientifically and reasonably by the method of data collection and technical analysis. In the analysis of the model, the model of magnetic pole core production line is established by using Petri net, and the whole working process of the production line can be clearly and intuitively obtained by observing the model of Petri net. The emphasis of this paper is to optimize the model by Flexsim software, select the stacking state of the temporary storage area of the production line and analyze the working state of each working procedure. It is found that drilling and milling process and wire cutting process are the bottleneck of the magnetic core production line. According to the principle of ECRSI in industrial engineering, the optimization scheme is designed from two aspects of production process optimization and production capacity balance. Flexsim simulation is used again and the results are analyzed. The relative data of the production line before and after optimization are compared and studied, and the following optimization schemes are selected: adding 2 gantry milling machines and 1 wire cutting machine tool to reduce the smoothness index of the production line from 570.29 to 135.93, The balance rate of production line increased from 28.13% to 60.4%. The optimization results show that the optimized production line shortens the bottleneck time and improves the production efficiency. By using Petri net to model the production line, the system structure is presented intuitively, which is helpful to study the properties of the production line, while Flexsim further optimizes the simulation of the production line in order to provide a reliable basis. It provides a reference for the optimization of workshop production in this enterprise, and the relevant research methods and conclusions used in this paper also have some reference value for other similar machining production lines.
