变频器低电压穿越电源的设计与实现

【摘要】:异步电机变频器应用在一些重要场合时,要求当电网电压跌落,在其启动低电压保护使电动机停机前,维持变频器运行一定时间,给系统其他环节足够的响应处理时间。针对此要求,设计了用于变频器的低电压穿越电源,在功率回路、控制回路、辅助回路等环节进行了严格设计。该电源采用在电网电压跌落时投入供电,电网正常时旁路的工作方式;在投入供电时,采用双单环PI自动闭环控制,提高了设备的响应速度和控制精度;为了提高设备自动运行的可靠性,软件设计上加入了日自检、年自检和故障检测功能。仿真和实验表明,电网电压跌落到变频器可以耐受的额定电压的80%时,低电压穿越电源自动迅速投入进行升压,直至电网电压跌落到额定电压的20%的情况下也能保持运行,输出侧电压响应速度和纹波值均在合理范围之内。
[Abstract]:When the asynchronous motor inverter is applied in some important occasions, it is required to maintain the frequency converter for a certain time before it starts the low voltage protection to make the motor stop, and to give the other links of the system sufficient response processing time. In order to meet this requirement, the low voltage traversing power supply is designed for inverter, and strict design is carried out in power loop, control loop, auxiliary circuit and so on. The power supply adopts the operation mode of power supply when the power grid voltage drops and the bypass circuit when the power network is normal, and the double single loop PI automatic closed-loop control is adopted when the power supply is put into operation, which improves the response speed and control precision of the equipment. In order to improve the reliability of the automatic operation of the equipment, the functions of daily self-checking, annual self-checking and fault detection are added to the software design. The simulation and experiments show that when the grid voltage drops to 80% of the rated voltage that the inverter can tolerate, the low voltage traversing power supply can automatically boost up the voltage quickly, until the grid voltage drops to 20% of the rated voltage, and it can also be kept in operation. The output voltage response speed and ripple value are within a reasonable range.
