电力变压器用天然酯绝缘油中特征气体溶解特性

【摘要】:为了探索适用于天然酯绝缘油的油中溶解气体分析方法(DGA),需要研究特征气体在天然酯绝缘油中的溶解特性。以FR3~?绝缘油、精炼大豆绝缘油和甲酯化菜籽绝缘油等天然酯绝缘油为研究对象,以25号矿物绝缘油为参照,测定了温度为30~70℃时H_2、CO、CO_2、CH_4、C_2H_4、C_2H_6、C_2H_2等7种故障诊断特征气体在4种绝缘油中的Ostwald平衡常数(K)。通过对K和温度(θ)的拟合,得到7种特征气体在4种绝缘油中的28组K-θ模型方程,该方程可以推算其他温度下任意特征气体在绝缘油中的K。通过各特征气体在同一种绝缘油中K-θ变化曲线对比发现:4种绝缘油中烃类气体的溶解度大小顺序为:K(C_2H_6)K(C_2H_4)≈K(C_2H_2)K(CH_4);非烃类气体溶解度大小顺序为:K(CO_2)K(CO)K(H_2)。
