基于示温涂料的输电线路金具发热故障诊断

【摘要】:发热故障监测对输电线路安全稳定运行具有重要作用,目前红外测温和图像在线监测等方式无法及时发现线路细小部位的发热隐患,示温涂料作为一种简单的监测方法对快速发现发热故障具有明显指示作用。为此通过铜排模拟试验探索了220kV线路在正常发热工况下涂料的颜色变化情况,获得了该工况下温度随时间的变化曲线,确定了涂料的变色温度为150℃,使用红外测温仪测量了220kV输电线路在正常和短路条件下典型发热部位温度,确定了该电压等级线路用示温涂料的变色温度阈值范围为90~170℃,因此150℃的示温涂料满足应用要求。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of heating faults plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. At present, infrared temperature measurement and image on-line monitoring can not find the hidden trouble of heating in the small parts of the transmission lines in time. As a simple monitoring method, the temperature indicating coating has the obvious indication function to find the heating fault quickly. In this paper, the color change of coating on 220kV line under normal heating condition is explored through copper row simulation test, and the changing curve of temperature with time under this condition is obtained, and the color-changing temperature of coating is determined to be 150 鈩,
