弹簧定子超声电机嵌入式参数化分析系统开发

【摘要】:CAE技术已经在工业产品的设计、研发过程中得到了广泛应用,然而,大部分CAE软件的使用都较为复杂,为了解决ANSYS软件针对性不强、操作步骤繁琐的问题,开发了一种嵌入ANSYS软件界面的参数化分析系统。该分析系统利用ANSYS软件的二次开发工具APDL语言和C#编程语言编写完成,分析系统通过将ANSYS软件界面嵌入在分析系统主界面中,使用户能够直接查看整个有限元分析过程,并且结合ANSYS软件的APDL语言和参数化设计技术,减少了大量ANSYS软件的重复操作。提出了一种新型的弹簧定子超声电机,设计了弹簧定子超声电机的基本结构和驱动方式。为了简化超声电机有限元分析流程,将所开发的参数化分析系统用于弹簧定子超声电机的研究,在分析系统中能够完成超声电机的模态分析、谐响应分析和瞬态分析等动力学分析,实现了超声电机动力学分析全过程的参数化,固化了超声电机的有限元分析流程,提高了超声电机有限元分析效率,为弹簧定子超声电机性能研究提供了一个高效的平台。
[Abstract]:CAE technology has been widely used in the design and development of industrial products. However, the use of most CAE software is more complex. In order to solve the problem that the ANSYS software is not targeted enough, the operation steps are cumbersome. A parameterized analysis system embedded in ANSYS software interface is developed. The analysis system is completed by using APDL and C # programming language, which is the secondary development tool of ANSYS software. By embedding ANSYS software interface into the main interface of the analysis system, the user can view the whole finite element analysis process directly. Combined with the APDL language of ANSYS software and parametric design technology, the repeated operation of a large number of ANSYS software is reduced. A new type of spring stator ultrasonic motor is proposed. The basic structure and driving mode of spring stator ultrasonic motor are designed. In order to simplify the flow of finite element analysis of ultrasonic motor, the parametric analysis system is applied to the research of spring stator ultrasonic motor. In the analysis system, the modal analysis of ultrasonic motor can be completed. Dynamic analysis, such as harmonic response analysis and transient analysis, realizes the parameterization of the whole process of dynamic analysis of ultrasonic motor, solidifies the finite element analysis flow of ultrasonic motor, and improves the efficiency of finite element analysis of ultrasonic motor. It provides an efficient platform for the study of the performance of spring stator ultrasonic motor.
