耐高压纳秒脉冲罗氏线圈的研制

【摘要】:针对ns级脉冲电流信号的测量,设计了一种带磁芯的新型自积分式罗氏线圈,具有信噪比高、动态范围广等优点。屏蔽盒开气隙防止涡流。屏蔽盒外层采用聚氨酯进行整体封装,聚氨酯层厚度大于1.5mm,可耐受大于20kV的冲击电压。采用高压方波发生器与Pearson4100线圈对罗氏线圈标定。罗氏线圈的参数为:灵敏度0.018 8V/A,最高上升时间小于20ns,方波脉宽300ns,最大峰值电流300A。
[Abstract]:A new type of self-integrated Roche coil with magnetic core is designed for the measurement of ns pulse current signal, which has the advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and wide dynamic range. The shield box opens the air gap to prevent the eddy current. The outer layer of shield box is encapsulated by polyurethane. The thickness of polyurethane layer is more than 1.5 mm, which can withstand impulse voltage larger than 20kV. Roche coil was calibrated by high voltage square wave generator and Pearson4100 coil. The parameters of Roche coil are as follows: sensitivity 0.018 V / A, maximum rise time less than 20ns, square wave pulse width 300ns, maximum peak current 300A.
