核电站循环水泵密封气囊结构优化

【摘要】:对核电站现有循环水泵的密封气囊结构进行了分析,现有密封气囊接口需通过专用工具采用密封胶进行粘合,以达到气囊密封要求。该工艺对现场操作人员的熟练程度提出较高要求,存在粘接难度大、易失效等风险。通过对原有密封气囊接头进行重新设计:(1)将原来的开口式结构变为两侧封闭式结构,保证了气囊内部气压的维持和稳定;(2)接口对接形式由原来的直接对接变更为插入式,通过调整气囊接口处的插入深度达到现场安装要求。新型气囊更换方便、性能可靠,为设备安全运行提供了有力保障。
[Abstract]:The airbag structure of circulating water pump in nuclear power station is analyzed. The existing airbag interface needs to be bonded with sealant through special tools in order to meet the requirements of airbag sealing. The process puts forward higher requirements for the proficiency of field operators, and there are some risks such as high bonding difficulty and easy failure. The original airbag joint was redesigned: (1) the original open structure was changed into the closed structure on both sides to ensure the maintenance and stability of the air pressure inside the airbag; (2) the interface docking form is changed from the original direct docking to the plug-in, and the insertion depth of the air bag joint can meet the field installation requirements by adjusting the insertion depth of the air bag joint. The new airbag is easy to replace and reliable in performance, which provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.
