填料不等间距布置对冷却塔冷却效果的影响

【摘要】:以某电厂大型逆流式冷却塔为研究对象,对其进行内部填料的不等间距布置,研究该布置方式对冷却塔冷却效果的影响。根据多种运行工况下的数值模拟实验结果,分析了填料不等间距布置对塔内空气流速、密度以及水温等参数的影响。结果表明,相比于传统的填料均匀布置方式,减小外围填料间距的填料不等间距布置方式会增加该区域的空气阻力,降低了空气流速,但同时会增加气-水传热面积,使得湿空气密度减小,进而使冷却塔抽力增大,冷却塔温降最多可以增加0.63℃。
[Abstract]:Taking a large counterflow cooling tower in a power plant as the research object, the unequal spacing arrangement of the inner packing is carried out, and the influence of this arrangement on the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower is studied. Based on the numerical simulation results under various operating conditions, the effects of packing spacing arrangement on air velocity, density and water temperature in the tower are analyzed. The results show that, compared with the traditional uniform packing arrangement, the non-uniform packing spacing arrangement with less outer packing spacing will increase the air resistance, decrease the air velocity, but increase the air-water heat transfer area. The wet air density is decreased, and the pumping force of cooling tower is increased. The temperature drop of cooling tower can increase by 0.63 鈩,
