电连接器接触件的插拔和温升特性
[Abstract]:Too large contact pressure or too small contact pressure of electrical connectors will lead to difficult to plug or too large contact resistance, and eventually lead to contact failure. In order to improve the contact reliability of an electrical connector, the plugging characteristics and temperature rise characteristics of an electrical connector contact are studied. ABAQUS software was used to simulate the insertion force and temperature rise of the contact parts. The effects of the structure parameters of the contacts on the insertion force and the temperature rise were studied, including the angle 伪 of the projectile tongue and the gap 未 between the projectile and the tongue support, as well as the influence of the traverse cross section S and the current on the temperature rise. The change of insertion force and temperature rise was studied by experiment. The results show that when 未 = 0.12 mm, the insertion force increases with the increase of 伪, when 未 = 0.18 mm, the insertion force increases first and then decreases with the increase of 伪. The temperature rise of the contact increases with the increase of the current and decreases with the increase of the cross-sectional area of the conductor. The experimental results of insertion force and temperature rise are in agreement with the simulation results. Considering the insertion and temperature rise, the optimum parameters of the product are as follows: the gap tongue support 未 = 0.12 mm, projectile angle 伪 = 15 掳.
