新农村风光储能发电系统构建与运营策略研究

【摘要】:建设社会主义新农村,全面建设小康社会,是我们党在深刻分析当前国际国内形势、全面把握我国经济社会发展阶段性特征的基础上,从党和国家事业发展的全局出发确定的一项重大历史任务。农业生产过程中对电能的依赖逐步加大,目前我国农业用电保障机制不够健全,仍需要发电厂远距离输电以及配套电网设施解决农村用电问题。输电建设费用高,遇到用电高峰不够稳定,农村电费较为昂贵。新农村建设中迫切需要利用农村现有的各项资源,就近节能发电,高效利用各项生产生活废料和可再生能源,增加农业用电稳定性与经济性。目前我国新农村建设已进入快速发展阶段,对能源的经济性、可靠性要求尤为突出,农村可以利用生物质发电机发电,利用房屋空置的平台、鱼塘平面修建光伏发电平台,同时结合季风气候修建风力发电机组,高低地势明显地区可建立小型抽水蓄能系统,采用多种能源产生方式结合,在村中设立变电站与储能电站等设施。本文主要对风电、太阳能、储能电站等清洁环保的新能源技术进行了分析,根据不同的农村自然条件,构建了风光储能发电系统,研究了风光储能发电系统的社会效益和经济效益,提出了风光储能发电系统的联合运营模式,以保证电源供应稳定、可靠与高效,多种充电模式为各种农用生产工具提供能源保障。
[Abstract]:Building a new socialist countryside and building a well-off society in an all-round way are the basis of our party's profound analysis of the current international and domestic situation and the comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the stages of our country's economic and social development. From the overall development of the party and the state, a major historical task. In the process of agricultural production, the dependence on electric energy is gradually increased. At present, the agricultural electricity security mechanism in China is not perfect, and it is still necessary to solve the problem of rural power consumption by long-distance transmission of power plants and supporting power grid facilities. Transmission construction costs are high, power peak is not stable enough, rural electricity is more expensive. In the construction of new countryside, it is urgent to make use of the existing resources in the countryside, to save energy and generate electricity nearby, to make efficient use of all kinds of production and living wastes and renewable energy, and to increase the stability and economy of agricultural power consumption. At present, the construction of new countryside in our country has entered the stage of rapid development, and the demand for energy economy and reliability is particularly prominent. In rural areas, biomass generators can be used to generate electricity, houses are left vacant, and photovoltaic power platforms are built on the level of fish ponds. At the same time, with the construction of wind turbine in the monsoon climate, the small pumped storage system can be set up in the high and low terrain area, and the substation and the energy storage power station can be set up in the village by the combination of various energy generation methods. This paper mainly analyzes the new energy technologies of clean and environmental protection, such as wind power, solar energy, energy storage power station and so on. According to the different rural natural conditions, the paper constructs the solar energy storage power generation system. The social and economic benefits of the solar energy storage power generation system are studied, and the combined operation mode of the solar energy storage power generation system is put forward to ensure the stability, reliability and efficiency of the power supply. Various charging modes provide energy security for various agricultural production tools.
